Sooooooooooooo. I made the chicken long rice soup today and it was delicious!!!!! I followed your recipe and only made one substitution...I used chicken broth instead of water. I used quite a bit of ginger . I was so happy with the outcome. I thought it would be too strong a ginger taste, but cooking the broth for 50 min with the chicken mellowed out the ginger and it was so good. Thank you so much for this recipe!!!!!!

Ohhh I'm so happy you liked it! We hope you'll be able to enjoy it again. Satoshi likes to eat it over a bowl of rice. He also puts just a small dash of soy sauce on it when he eats it this way.

I can't say enough about the joy you bring to your videos. Doesn't matter what you make, you are two are the kind of human beings that I love to be with. As to what to make. Well, we are not big fans of sweets although we do enjoy some once in a while. We LOVE more savory dishes and those are the ones we look forward to. Non-the-less, do what you do.
