I got mine when they first came out. With a T-2 and a Surefire light it weighs 9.9lbs! Definitely front heavy too. It is soft shooting, and although not the quietest, there is practically ZERO gas to the face.
The guy pinned and welded a 5 inch muzzle device to an 11.5 barrel, whats amazing engineering wise about that? He took existing methods and took it to the extreme, which resulted as anyone would expect. The front of the rifle is heavy as shit and its not quiet at all.

Found it interesting they shipped the upper separately vs. shipping the upper with the suppressor once the form 3 gets approved to send it to my dealer. It's definitely a unique setup. I love Larue products, I do not love Larue prices. Their ACOG QD mounts are my fav, but almost everything they make is about a hundred dollars cheaper from ADM or Midwest Industries. Their premium rifles look awesome, hope to snag one eventually.

I’ve been running ANR holsters since 2020. I still love your holsters but I do kind of miss the old holsters that were molded around the front of the slide. Probably makes no functional difference. I just liked it.
I like Larue and I have their rails and triggers, however Geissele rails, triggers, and BCG's are superior to Larue.... So it makes sense that Mark would hate on Geissele. It's nice that Larue parts are super cheap compared to Geissele, but the cost savings show themselves in design and installation.
The Stealth 2.0 upper/handguard set is more solid and truly free-floats the barrel, unlike most other handguard systems out there. I like the Geissele rails, but they still grab onto the barrel nut.
The civilian market pays better (per piece) than a government contract anyway it just doesn't come as a lump sum. Another plus for the manufacturers is that the civilian market also outbuys the government in quantity at a 3:1 ratio, typically.

Larue over sig any and every day of week my speer has been back to sig 3 time already for the barrel coming loose from normal use and by normal o mean 1100 rounds
My guess about Sig winning these recent programs is : Sig having the ability to reliably manufacture product at the scale needed to fulfill the contract(s) and/or probably some corruption/monetary incentive somewhere for somebody(ies). US Ordnance doesn't exactly have a good track record of, well, anything really. just an uneducated guess/opinion
Honestly if you don’t plan on going full auto then I would probably wouldn’t. Unless you don’t care about the money and want it just for the cool factor.. Which is cool too.
you'd be paying $200 for a blast baffle and not a suppressor. Owning a Tranquilo has cured me of ever wanting anything else suppressor-related from LaRue.

curious about the muzzle being part of the suppressor. it's a very clever design btw. but does that affect muzzle velocity thereby decreasing the projectile's range, trajectory, and terminal effectiveness by a great order of magnitude? i mean, you've basically shortened the pressure-drive time for the bullet inside the barrel.
eliminating toxic gasses at the shooter, slowing down bolt speed, cleaner system since these cans vacuum gasses forward, doesn't gas out the operator on full auto
Got a severely over gassed 11.3 Hansen barrel with a Sandman S. Right now the buffer system is standard spring and weight. Currently over gassed to the point of stovepipes/failure to extract. ejection pattern is basically 1 o'clock. Any spring setup recommendations? I run it exclusively suppressed so I'm not looking for a "dual gas setup". You seem to have the best info on degassing guns so hopefully you've got some tips!

Technically not burst fire because it's not mechanically burst it's just me running the trigger. We did film some mag dumps. Camera dude didn't drop it in the video and I didn't catch the slow mo not being added. Womp womp

You can buy FA FCGs all day long online. If you drill the 3rd pin hole and install, you are a felon. We are a dealer/manufacturer. We have MGs to test our goods we produce for life cycle testing.

Larue mount suck tho, the cam gouge underside of rail. Every time you dismount and remount you need to readjust cam which progressively further gouge the rail. Thats unacceptable especially gucci upper getting damaged by stupid larue mount. ADM or BObro is the way to go.

Superlative arms gas block, run on setting 42 bleed off, a H2 weight buffer, spring co red & white carbine spring.
A5 buffer system with springco blue spring, maybe use an A5H3

Bootleg Adjustable Gas carrier is so much better than gas blocks. It's my go-to carrier now.

AFAIK most gas comes through the charging handle or out the ejection port, no personal experience though so Don’t take my word for it
