This video really helps. Im going through a heartbreak at the moment and its the most challenging one i ever had to go through. I face feelings of hopelessness, helplessness and there is a burning in my chest, that is next level.
At the same time i cry over the death of my mother for the first time of my life. She died 35 years ago when i was 3 years old. It is painful and beautiful at the same time. Something is coming back, what was lost 35 years and i always felt like this is impossible to heal.

The timing of the video is crazy. In the last 2-3 months I had something going with a taken girl because we had an insane chemistry. it felt like a soulmate connection and I fell in love. Wow. Yosh this video came to me right when me and a girl I was dating for about 3 months and some change ended just last night. I love your energy so I want to ask you: Imy first ever true love of my life left me with no warning after 5 years and it left me devastated. Especially after I had done so much for her and had always been patient with her through her trials. I had never felt such pain before in my life and I felt I had no choice but to split my mind into two parts. One part that was indifferent and moved on, and one part that hated her guts and wanted to see her fail. I knew this wasn't necessarily healthy, but it felt better to be angry than sad. It has been 2 years since it happened and I never really stopped being her friend (I am bad at pushing people out of my life, especially when I care) but I just couldnt help but hate her with that half of me. It feels like it has gone down somewhat but it's still there. I never told her this or expressed my hate because she's not a bad person, just that she hurt me so badly because she didn't know how to communicate that she was unhappy and didn't give me a chance to fix anything. Hi Yash, Heartbreak is the source of my entire addiction. I was with a girl since we were kids. Over 10 years, she left me for my ex best friend. you just have to go through this intense prescribed training the universe gave to you. Thats a heavy one. Be around supportive higher level people if you can and just go inward. It will pass. But it can take some time for sure. Dont worry about trying to be friends with them either.

I was wondering if you could speak about this nuance of becoming free of attachment to women’s attention: from some time, as I become more and more detached from my sexual impulses (in a good way) I see a tendency in me to avoid looking and girls in public.
