What to do when you just don't want to be alone anymore? I have been grinding and doing every kind of physical activity for years and semen retension for one year and all of it is slowly starting to wear of and I can't keep the devastating feeling of deep loneliness away anymore. yes, thats a divine prescribed situation that is there to make us stronger, and teach us to hold space, and have compassion, while at the same time not compromising too much. We cant run from everything. Family bond/ karma can be strong. Sometimes we have to play the role of parent rather than vice versa.
