I feed mine SportsMix 24-20, but I only run them once a week so I figure that's enough for them. I feed them more when I get back from a day of hunting though. Instead of giving mine their normal 1 scoop, I give them 1 and 1/2, and sometimes 2 scoops. What was that milky looking stuff you mixed with their water in the dog box you said "to give them life"?
@@robertpatterson149not really i used to think the same but corn has lysine, a amino acid most dogs usually lack in the diet. It makes the proteins usable, even if the dog food has less protein. Thats why proplan and Eukanuba use it
I can not get this feed in Louisiana I have feed sportsman pride and I like it l am feeding Diamond dog food now I like it to that I the to feeds I like but I have never feed the pride feed before because it does not have a dealer around me
I go to the local sale barn and buy an old cow or bull for around $500-$700 then take home and skin & butcher then grind the whole thing into burger, I haven't weighed it out but I pkg it in freezer bags then roll flat with rolling pin for stacking in the deep freezer. I get about a yrs worth of dogfeed off 1 cow when done this way. I blend this with Pride blk bag kibble and they do awesome on it. I'm only feeding a couple coyote decoy dogs and an old mix breed house pet but haven't had any medical or skin/coat issues, my coyote dogs have energy stamina speed and enough muscle should they get into a scrap with an aggressive coyote.

Hello, just brought the 24/20 Pride he's not a working dog, but you can't beat a good quality 50 pound of dog food for 35 $$$.He's a pit named KANE ❤

@doglifeoutdoors the pride is the best food you can get. I do the same as you feed 27 20 in the off season and 31 22 during season. Good luck

Hi end dog food doesn't have corn in it. Corn is nothing but a filler.

It didn't hold the weight to my dogs

Yeah it was purdy good feed when i tried it, it kept the weight on em real good
