This very special panel event examined the factual, legal, and humanitarian concerns at the heart of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Yarema Kondratyuk, Esq., managing partner of Kodary, a law firm in Lviv, Ukraine, and Szymon Gostynski, Esq, of Gostynski & Partners in Krakow, Poland, discussed the current situation on the ground and the Ukrainian and Polish domestic frameworks for accountability.
