  • This very special panel event examined the factual, legal, and humanitarian concerns at the heart of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Yarema Kondratyuk, Esq., managing partner of Kodary, a law firm in Lviv, Ukraine, and Szymon Gostynski, Esq, of Gostynski & Partners in Krakow, Poland, discussed the current situation on the ground and the Ukrainian and Polish domestic frameworks for accountability.
    Panelists include Chimène Keitner (Alfred & Hanna Fromm Professor of International Law, UC Hastings College of the Law), Donald Bloxham (Richard Pares Professor of History, University of Edinburgh), and commentator Michael Bazyler (Professor and 1939 Society Law Scholar in Holocaust and Human Rights Studies, Chapman University School of Law).
