I’m my own PVCs investigator. I never met a doctor who would be interested in finding out the root cause. I tell them all my ideas and suspicions but they usually don’t even respond to them. I just go to doctors for referrals and prescriptions. There’s no guidance. I feel so left alone. Sometimes I wish I graduated from medical school to understand the condition better and help myself and people.
I feel your struggle. I was in the same boat until I found an integrative cardiologist out of Phoenix Arizona. He has done wonders for me without drugs.
HI B H, I would love to know the name of your cardiologist as I am here in Phoenix. I am not taking any med at this time as flecainide proved very dangerous for me. Would love to stay drug free. Ty!!!
I left a message on your other video about pvcs and gave info on what's helped me and gave me my life back. I also have gerd/acid reflux and gastritis. Be careful with meds for acid reflux because I tolerated them for years and all of a sudden they made my heart palpitations way worse. Whats helped me when mine gets bad is something called carafate by prescription it helps coat the stomach but oddly whats helped me THE MOST....Cranberry juice 🤯 legit! ONLY thing that helps THE MOST
@@MPimentaPT yes it helps most the time. Also if I juice celery and drink it, it coats the stomach and helps. I've read online juicing cabbage can heal the gut too. I've also read potato juice is helpful. I started taking Phillips colon health probiotics too. And I've read up on infrared sauna and it's benefits uts suppose to be great for all types of things, even GI related issues
It is such a frustrating and lonely feeling continuesly struggling with this. I have anxiety myself and am so stressed about it, aaaand these PVC's are such triggers when it comes to both my anxiety and stress which just makes it worse! I am sure a lot of people suffering from this can relate. Doctors and specialists really listening to you when you confide in them about your fear and discomfort is so important! I hope you will meet that kind of professional soon, if you haven't already.
Mariamaija Thanks for posting. To start, yeah, I finally found someone who actually listens, but then they moved. My new doc is doing well, so I'm hopeful. Anxiety and PVCs are a frustrating combination. I've battled them for many years, so I'm appreciative that you understand. I hope that you are finding some relief. I have ups and downs, but for the most part, things are going well. Let me know how you have coped with this; I'd be interested in hearing what you are doing! Steven
Steven Spears I am very! glad to know, that you have a new and seemingly better doctor now. Personally I cope by practising mindfulness every day, count my blessings and focusing on practicing self-control. Giving in to the panic and the anxiety the PVC’s could lure me into if I let them, takes a lot of energy and conscious awareness NOT to give in to. Been there, done that. It was so awful 😣 But I also have a follow up appointment in late June with the heart specialist, who told me everything is normal; what I experience is just the PVC’s 🙄 How can something, that feels so disturbing and uncomfortable be “normal”? There are no days where I do not feel them, and they are pretty insistent, and a lot of them hurt, but stress makes it worse. Strong emotions in general seem to make them worse, in my case at least. My heart doesn’t race - it flip-flops, slows down, skips beats, and often several times in a row. I am on a low carb high fat diet. Have been for almost a year now. No sugar, alcohol, caffeine, corn, starch. It doesn’t seem to make a difference when it comes to my skipped heart beats, though, but it does help a little bit when it comes to managing the anxiety issue. A little bit. Listening to you made me feel a lot of sympathy for you, close to knowing what you are going through, and it made me feel not alone as well. I wish you all the best.
I had a cardiologist walk into the exam room on an ER follow up he literally walked in said hi or good moring and immediately telling me it wasn't a cardiac event. And on and on chest pain not cardiac. I interrupted him-"did you see the ecg (hr was 38 bpm)" he continued. No exam no discussion so I stood up positioned myself so I could I leave and said "when you pull your head out of your a$$ call me" I reach for the door knobs he continues so I repeat louder as I leave and he follows me down the hallway to the waiting room still trying to convince me so at the main door I turn around so everyone can hear and repeat it again as I leave for the last time.
Yeah I had a phone call with my cardiology today and she said I know they are a nuisance. I just feel like the word nuisance is just wrong it’s like if I forgot my kids water bottle for their football and had to go back for it that’s a nuisance an inconvenience. Having constant pvcs are horrible and make you feel like your dying and I can’t concentrate. Just came of the phone crying not to mention their appointment was 6 months late and rescheduled and then 2 hours late on the day they really don’t give a shit.
Hey i took antibiotics for some time tho,due to my chronic sinusitis problem, stopped them 1 month ago,my holter shows 25 pvcs my doctor told that only treatment is reduced stress which i have many,so doss diet control and happiness will make them disappear?
Man I have the same issue I feels like my heart is jumping in my fkn chest I’m 27 with horrible anxiety and acid reflux and I think that the GI might trigger the PVCs
Mine started gradually in my 20s and then disappeared and then returned in my thirties with a vengeance. I've tried to trace back to what was the initial cause, and I know that anxiety was probably it. However, what made them worse was the antibiotics that I took, which destroyed my stomach. From then on, my stomach has been a significant factor in my PVCs. I would say the two main causes are anxiety/stress and GI issues. I have GERD, and when it's terrible, I tend to get PVCs and SVT. Recently, to help with a lot of the issues I have, I decided to make some major changes, and they have helped quite a bit. As you can see from the videos, I'm a hefty fella,' but have lost over 30 lbs now, and I'm having fewer and fewer of the pesky things. But even if I didn't have to lose weight, I know changing my diet has helped my GERD, which, in turn, has helped the PVC and SVT. I agree that the GI system can affect the heart. I think we'll so more research in this area in the future. I hope they settle for you. I'm not a doctor and always take the advice of your doctor, but vitamin d and magnesium have been helpful. And learn to breathe. I know it sounds cliche, but getting out of flight mode will help settle them down. Have you seen a cardio doc lately?
@@StevenSpears i too took antibiotics for to long due to chronic sinusitis, but i stopped it 1 month back, does eating healthy and diet will make my pvcs better? My holter test showed 25 pvcs.
I feel the same way, doctors don't seems like they care, you results came normal and that's it, deal with the PVC on your own...but how can I live with this when they are si constant....feeling so desperate
Doctors don't care anymore. Talk to a gut doctor and they say the rash or fatigue is not my department let's send you to a dermatologist and so on and so on. devastating

Who's playing the music? It's good. I'am going in for a PVC ablation on Tuesday.
Richard:
The music is from Incomptech. It's fee music that I like to stick in behind the videos. I hope your ablation went well!
Where do you stay , just come to India and you will thank yourself to be in America.
