One of the best tips I’ve ever learned about the bbq: after 8 hours we’re not going to get anymore smoke on it. Put it in the oven at 225 for 8 hours and go to bed. After playing adult baseball for over 20 years I have many different types of people on our team. One happens to be a legit chef and always gives me a thumbs up.
I have just recently got into smoking bbq with my Oaklahoma Joe’s. I have both of the offsets. Since I dialed in a handful of things I have been continually been told that I need to sell it. I use a little bit more spice in my rub but it can be adjusted depending on the crowd. Good stuff though man, I always like researching how others do things. I try to explain to people that bbq is like baseball, 20% research and 80% practice.
I'll be honest: pulled pork used to be my least favorite barbecue option. Since I started getting it down to a science, it's now in my top tier. Curious to see what people's tier list would be for favorite BBQ items (top three, perhaps?).

When are you putting out the video about the brisket being as good as an offset?
Hello. It's out now! ruclips.net/video/QQ6qXnxqpYc/видео.html
Butt jokes never get old, but I was expecting one about pulling your pork. Maybe next time. Brisket, pork spare ribs, pulled pork.
Yeah, gotta keep something in reserve. :)
