Akuma in T7 wasn't just a guest character, he was part of the story confirming they exist in the same universe. So having more SF characters showing up in T8 would make sense. I think they'll do Juri since she's super popular and maybe Zangief and Laura because grapplers would fit well. I bet Tifa (from FF7R) is almost guaranteed too because Rebirth comes out in winter.

Reason this video is epic is that Ono is not at Capcom anymore and he got on to the stage to basically “poke the bear”. Which in reality is a joint effort between him and Harada to troll fans, which is both antagonizing and hilarious.
