At first I was wondering why your guesstimate of 700 was so low when I see the size of that turbo and the mention of Bosch 210s but then you said possibly 12psi. Why not go with a basic 7875 if you want to keep the power down compared to that size turbo?
This is just my starting point! I want to get comfortable on the dyno and set the car up with a modest amount of power for this year. Late summer if this combo works will she will get cranked up to 20psi
Just put cheap on board air in the trunk. Been bracket racing for 2 years no issues. With the dual boost solenoid the compressor hardly ever has to runs. I use the air to shift my powerglide plus a throttle stop, works great.
741 RWHP @ 16psi
I can't wait to find out!
