- I finally get my hands on quite probably the last Indiana Jones figure from this entire range, and it’s a beaut!

I’ve been going back and forth with getting this figure… but I think I’ve gotta finally pull the trigger. That first scene with his dad is such an iconic character moment
“I came here to save you!”

I LOVE that scene! do it! get the figure!
Indy with the tie is my favorite look. But yeah, he’s complete reuse of the raiders Indy just with the collar and tie added on to the torso and a different head sculpt.

I am against a tie for Indiana Jones. Honestly, I don’t own any of the Indiana Jones figures. I would buy one if I saw it in stores for a decent price ( 20 to 25 dollars). I found the Hasbro Ghostbusters Plasma figures for 15 dollars each.
that’s a pretty good price for the plasma series, hope you get similar luck eventually with Indy too!
Know exactly what you mean with regards to the tie. If you think about it logically, it shouldn't work, but it does look so good, if I had to only buy one indy figure it would be this one. And yes last crusade is the best one😁

Just got this one. I actually had to get a replacement because the one I got on amazon was a swap and someone swapped last crusade for a DoD Indy.
This is one of my favorite Indy's. The articulated hat is awesome. I also like the tie. It kind of suggests he was caught in the middle od doing something and couldnt be bothered to take it off but he did put his hat and jacket on.

So, the hat is technically removable -- rotate it 90 degrees, and it comes off... Although when you try it, you will certainly see why you definitely won't want to display it that way. :D
I might leave it then 😂
I've got all the different versions of indy and I reckon that the best figures straight out of the box would either be the club obi-wan indy and the Cairo indy. the belt features work so well on the Cairo indy (for me at least). the temple of doom indy and regular raiders indy are pretty great but the belt really is what doesn't make them the best in my opinion. The last crusade indy is pretty good as well but I feel that they made the head sculpt a bit to small and (at least on my copy) the hat is a little loose and doesn't stay in positions I want very well.
I LOVED Club Obi Wan Indy! I sometimes forget about that one because it came out so long ago compared to some of the others, but he looks so cool in that white tux. Ditto the Cairo Indy too!

I don't mind the tie at all. Honestly, never really thought about your explanation with him being presentable for his Dad lol. Makes sense. Spielberg was ahead of his time considering the "costume change" idea for toys..
joking but a possibility 🤷♂️
