@@teluguyuvathaprakasam1985 Removal of Vice President requires effective majority in RS and simple majority in LS. Effective majority mean majority of the total strength of the house minus the vacant seats.

@@nimeshdwivedi3114 absolute majority example: total membership of LS is 545, absolute majority means 50% of 545 + 1 means 273.
Effective majority example ; total membership of RS is 245. There are 45 vacancies then effective strength is 50 % of 200 + 1 means 101.
VP is removed by effective majority in RS then simple majority in LS
