    It's been a month now that i keep walking while keeping my weight balance inside, and all my pain, back and stomach ,gut, feet , tiredness, all gone. And if i have to walk a lot more it ok. No pain the next day. I'm amazed by this technique. It's like no lost of energy, i keep it inside, don't let it go sideways...

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience with all of us; with me and the viewers. This is a great testimonial on how making a subtle small shift in our body and awareness can manifest huge changes. Well done and keep at it!

    Susan, you're an excellent teacher. The power of intention directs the chi and balances the yin /yang. Keep instructing.❤

      Thank you! You are right the intention directs our Qi. Where our mind goes, our Qi (and body) flows!

    Sound is fine for me. Hope they get it fixed.
    This is so important for me right now.
    My teacher helped me to make my steps/stance smaller. The effect along with the awareness of the 'inside' is really helping my balance and feeling of better rotation from the feet up. Taken about five years to get here. Thank you.

      I am glad my video has helped you find more comfort and balance in your Tai Chi stance and movement. The concept is such a simple thing but reaps big benefits.

      Thank you. Good observation. If someone was touching or pushing me, they would also feel the difference. What you see is what they would feel. Plus it makes our Tai Chi a lot more comfortable!

    Susan, nice to see you enjoying the developments. You have my permission to share about the 'big toes' and 'thumbs'...in case you were wondering. But, I guess, one might also say that you don't need it since you're already discovering their implications. In any event, it's nice to see good, satisfying taichi online. ;)

      I really appreciate this comment. Often times I hold back on posting a video because I am not "stronger" with the ability to demonstrate the powers of Tai Chi as others might be (Masters). However, when I receive comments such as yours, I know that I should keep posting and teaching. Thank you for the encouragement and support!

      @@InternalTaiChi you welcome.
      Master Yap Boh Heong talks differently than others masters, he's talking about strings, are familiar with this notion?

    • @InternalTaiChi
      @InternalTaiChi  2 месяца назад +1

      @sergeshow4292 Master Yap is such a bright spirit. When he refers to strings I believe he is talking about the fascia. He is using different wording but the concept (in my opinion) is the same as the fascia connection and manipulation I discuss in my other videos. I like the wording of "string" because it inherently connotates something connected. He also discusses the pathways or string connections which is similar to Thomas Myers fascia trains. In summary, different words same meaning. 😊
