There actually is a game based on this song, it's called Nameless! There's also a really good clip from her song release stream, called "Mumei shares her experience with loneliness"
Mumei's mumei song fits her character to a T. Hololive's song list is not small but no matter what songs you want to explore in the future, take all the time you need. There is no hurry or rush. I like how you pause to say your thoughts. Your reactions have time to be heard and it's cool hearing what you think about the character designs and details of what you see in the videos. Some song recommendations of different Hololive members. Mio is often joked to be the mother of hololive, but there's good reasons for her being called that. Her vocal range is insane. Sparkle is one song that stunned me, and Howling is another song that stands out to me. Hololive's Sora is like the center piece of where Hololive's vtubing started. Her older covers have a neat charm to them. If you want a song that is like a history lesson for Hololive trying out different models for Sora, Solar System is a fun choice to see just how different older vtuber attempts were. ruclips.net/video/wHw3jSvZxNI/видео.html Another cover that Sora is well known for is Alien Alien. Polka is the vtuber in the New Year Medley that had the wild buff video game sprite transition. If you are in the mood for a fun crazy song, her original song Persona is a cool introduction to her music. ruclips.net/video/g-K6PJi7b0o/видео.html
We're Moomin now! Dark and cute is perfectly Mooms with a dash of fear lol, I really love this song you can really get lost in it plus she just recently sang this during the 5th Fes and it was so cool. Unfortunately she doesnt have alot of music but shes an absolute beast with karaokes so you can dig into that rabbit hole if youd like. Shes not the strongest technically but you catch glimpses of greatness all over. I feel like all its gonna take is practice and confidence but she is def gonna be one of the power house vocals in Holo if she keeps it up for sure. Just cause Im and EN simp some more Kiara, Sleep Talking imo is her best pop song and Im in love with her cover of 4Blood
We're Moomin! How to give you a little bit of context. Nanashi Mumei literally translates to "Anonymous Nameless", Her Vtuber lore is that she is the physical manifestation of human civilization and progress meaning that everyone shes observed and met up until this point are long gone. Her character has close to zero short term memory to the point that her in stream name for her dog is "animal" because she will see it and think "Oh an animal". So this song is kind of like.. "i cant remember your name or what you look like anymore, or my own self. I am Nameless" and turns around in the end as "If I can be that person for you the viewers, then i am not just Nameless, i AM Mumei" As for other songs i think you would like because its a similar vibe and style and has the same potential to hit that spot, its not a vtuber song but it was worked on by crunchyroll, Porter Robinson's song Shelter
Not to mention her friend Friend. Part of her memory issue in her lore is more defense mechanism than anything else. As a witness to all of civilizations atrocities and horrors as well as their highs and acievements, she has no other choice than forget or she would lose all hope and joy.
@@karactr8361 It's also partially because as someone whose literal existence is rooted in civilizations and progress, when a civilization collapses Mumei effectively disappears (or at least becomes a blank slate) for a while until the next one rises.
just an FYI if you didn't know, you can click and drag around CC boxes on videos so they don't always have to be on the bottom and then you can put em where you camera or mic etc aren't in the way.
@@MatchuVT funny enough i learned about it from watching another vtuber just do it one day but wanted to pause and tell you when you mentioned it before i forgot. anyway was a great reaction. if i could suggest a couple others the deco27 collabs are all great though not many have an actual video. Hibana (Reloaded) - from Calli P.E.T. - from Chloe and Planetarium - From Suisei are all worth listening to even if you dont make a video for them Edit: Jollie Jollie by Kureiji Ollie is just pure sugar and happiness, bonus points for her "Meddlie" as well
For me, this song is the perfection of taking a lore and putting it to music! This year at the festival she sang this song! I was very nervous because firstly she is not a singer before the hololive. He is learning a lot and training a lot and according to the song it has a lot of effect Electronic. And at the show it was just her... And it was BEAUTIFUL. everyone noticed she was nervous and the audience sang along. (Normally they don't do it, but they did it because she was very nervous!)
I will say i love that your browsing more Hololive, you actually have heard Mumei (Natashi Mumei) before she is in "Mindcraft" as she is one of the members of Hololive En.
Well, as a 35P (pronounced 'Miko-P', aka a Sakura Miko fan), it falls to me to recommend her song roster. That being said, I WOULD suggest listening to them in release order for the most part -- largely because some of her personal original songs are landmarks in her growth or make allusions to thing (two of her songs are direct sequels to two previous songs, for example). Just as a general gist of the nature of her songs that are uploaded on her own channel: - My Name Is Elite (first original song, self-introduction song) - Sakurakaze (first song dedicated to her fans (the 35Ps), came about as a 'thank you' as she finally managed to overcome her difficult start as a vtuber) - Sakura-iro Hi-Tension (the opening theme to her short visual novel, it's the short version of the song, so only a little over a minute long) - Kagetsu no Yume (no real context, just a plain banger) - Baby Dance (landmark song about self-doubts and overcoming her weaknesses) - Our Tree (sequel to Sakurakaze, same composer, even has a leitmotif from the previous song, a renewed 'thank you' to her fans and to Gen-0/Hololive; also Miko's first time writing a song for herself) - Kyun Kyun Miko Kyun Kyun (sequel to My Name Is Elite, like Our Tree she got the original composer to come back and it's almost a reintroduction while incorporating her 'family' of fans and mascot characters) - Nyahallo World (her latest song and celebration of reaching two million subscribers a few days ago, an absolute meme-train of inside jokes and Elite Miko energy) She has a few other original songs too but they don't have MVs or uploads to her main channel (she does perform them during her lives though): - Our And Your Song (song from the perspective of 35P) - OTOME NO SUSUME (banger) - Heart Online (another song dedicated to the fans, also has major 'anime ending theme' vibes)
@@MatchuVT She's great. She's a founding member of Gen 0, and a pillar of the group despite her klutzy characteristics. We joke that she's been blessed by the God of Comedy, but honestly you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who works as hard or as sincerely as she does - other than her fellow Hololive talents at least. Even though she had a rough start (honestly, her being paired with Suisei as the unit MiComet is practically fate since the two share a similar story of hardships), even now she's just a big ball of cuteness and chaos. Sure I might be biased, but even so I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
While many have made songs, Cali and Kiara are the most prolific song makers in EN. Moona of ID has made quite a few. I know JP's Korone has a decent number as well.
That being said, EN Advent hasn't been around long enough to know, but I look forward to original songs from them as well...except maybe Biboo and her Cringe Core, even if it is cute.
An amazing song! I love it so much. So glad to see it was recommended. Have you ever heard of City Pop music? It's a genre that I think is primarily from Japan in the 80's. Anyways, Marine & Gura from Hololive made a new original song called Shinkiro in the City Pop style, & it has a fully animated anime MV! That's my recommendation this time.
Same lol. I don't know if he's stated on either channel about this, but I found these videos randomly and the moment I heard him speak I was just "Hey....wait a minute"

Nanashi Mumei and Ironmouse are the only two who have sung so beautifully it made me cry.

Sitting down and listening to the song for 3 hours on repeat is the normal reaction to this.
3 hours is light work, mine was like 2 weeks but yes. mumei is a top quality holo song, a top quality song in general. this song is a 12/10
Mumei came out of nowhere with this one, we didn't see it coming, it just got dropped on us during her 3D showcase.

Sparks.

Or
Bibbidiba, by Hoshimachi Suisei.
