I made coconut milk, banana, and blueberries with stevia 135 cal, I bought some really nice pop molds. I had some full fat coconut milk in the pantry, but def can go with light going forward. Nice treat :).

Strawberry and banana I am lactose intollerant so these are FANTASTIC for me i can use soya milk and dairy free yoghurt too I really look forward to trying to make them once I get a bigger mould i think my ice cube tray would be way too small!

Mind Over Munch do more summer fruit popsicles! today (the day after my birthday) I found out I am allergic to dairy and a little to gluten! All I did today was make popsicles!!!

These all look delicious! I'm definitely trying the strawberry one. I like that you included different types of molds. I bought a couple different packs of the plastic molds before and they broke. So I'm going to try the paper cups!

What blender are you using? I want to buy an inexpensive blender that blends my smoothies really smooth. I own a magic bullet and it sucks lol.
I'm using a vitamix which is quite pricey but I use it ALLLLL the time for recipes so it was worth it for me... a regular blender (not a smoothie blender like magic bullet but a regular carafe blender) should work fine for these!

Yeah! It's just a large silicone ice cube tray! I'm sure they have them at target or bed bath and beyond or anywhere that carries kitchen supplies :)

I did the strawberry-banana one, and while it's delicious, the banana part got lots of ice crystals, is this normal?
Hmm, was the container air tight? If it is exposed to the air in the freezer it can get freezer burn

Jasmin Mireles yeah! The key lime one is SO good too- I only recommend NOT using a huge mold for that one because the mixture does separate a bit when it freezes in a big mold. In the smaller cups it was just fine though :) I hope you guys have fun!!!
