    Nice car mate. Black cars always need a little extra attention but look great when done. I love the 3-in-1 detailer. I think it’s kind of a diluted spray sealant really - provides really good water beading for what it is. Thanks for the video from James in Australia.

    The turtle wax ceramic wash n wax soap with every wash then topped off with the ceramic wet wax is an excellent combination. Been doing that for almost 6 months with outstanding results and the vehicle stays cleaner for a longer amount of time

      Please! I am confused I do not know in which cases you are using a detailer. For example I bought a TW 3 IN 1 DETAILER Here in the UK last week I have already wax my car 1 month ago and I have top up with turtle wax flex wax. When and how often I need to use a detailer? What is a difference with a detailer vs sealant or versus TW flex wax for example? Can you help me to comprehend that? Please?

      @nspinicelli Год назад

      Your flex wax should last a long time. You’re using a superior method.
      Using a ceramic or graphene protective coating is far superior to the quick detailer. The quick detailer is for quick “spot cleaning.” I personally have been using the Turtle Wax ceramic spray coating (the green spray bottle), and wash with their “pure” shampoo. Along with other products for things like Tirtle wax rapid decon, it works great! And carpro perl for the tire dressing.

    Another awesome and very instructive video. Great ideas on how to take care of problems that might arise. I have used the Turtle Wax wash and wax for the last 14 months. at first when I used it the instructions on the bottle said to use 3 oz per bucket but fortunately in June of last year they changed the instructions to read three ounces per gallon. That change has been amazing because it blew the term slickness out of the water after using the product correctly. Now the slickness or lubricity as most people call it today is absolutely off the charts. At times it feels like my mitt is just going to slide off the car no matter how much I try to hold it on LOL, and you're right I have not had a ceramic wash product that produces foam and TW's is no different but oh my gosh does it clean and it's so slick. I have always used a damp microfiber towel whenever I have streaking which doesn't happen very often. But I never thought of adding a spritz of the detailer to the mf, which sounds brilliant and I look forward to using it in the future. By the way do you have Pure Tech Industrial Water in Las Vegas? If you do please give them a call and find out what it costs to get you a container out at your house. They deliver a 400#, 5' tall resin container. I did that in June of 2019 and they charge $15 a month rental fee and then every time you need to have your tank exchanged they charge $85. For me I wash about 8 cars a week. I do a pre-rinse, then snow foam, another rinse, contact wash, and then a final rinse. If the car is really dirty then I usually add an APC spray and let it dwell for 30 seconds to a minute and then I lightly mist it with the sprayer by keeping the nozzle about four feet away just to keep the pressure off the car but just enough for a mist. I just want the mist to keep the APC damp because I definitely don't want it to dry on the paint, otherwise I would be the guest star if your next video. Then I rinse off the car completely and then start the whole process of washing as explained above, with one additional step when it's really dirty and that is, after I rinse off the first prefoam, I will pre-foam the car a second time and use that as a layer to buffer the use of putting a contact wash mitt on the car or might even use a clay mitt. The reason again is just to give me the greatest chance of not scratching the car. Great video.

    Let me tell you something about living in the south. We don't have "covered places" to wash our vehicles. And the sun down here is no joke. Could be 55 degrees outside, but that sun is going to start drying your wash within seconds. The key is to work in small sections, 1 panel at a time, keep the hose/pressure washer next to you and not let the product dry. I haven't found a wash product yet that will eliminate the need for a drying agent to remove water spots. If you can get away with a waterless wash more power to you. We get so much farming fallout that a waterless wash just isn't an option. Might as well wash your vehicle with 1000 grit sand paper.

    tip. to anyone doing anything in the sun...mover very quickly and do sections at a time. best option in blazing heat or direct sunlight is to do a little to no water wash using the detailer sprays or dedicated waterless wash product using multiple towels per section. this avoids many issues.

    Benji, this is without a doubt one of your BEST videos to date. The information you gave in the first few minutes is absolutely SPOT ON. If people would just take ONE MINUTE to read the instructions on the back of the products they buy, they would have a "EUREKA MOMENT" probably. You made a perfect case in point here. The TW stuff says "Don't use in a foam cannon". Turtle Wax probably already tested it in the foam cannon and got results similar to what you did. If would probably work ok if you weren't in the sunlight. It did look like it had some good Si02 properties though. I mean, stuff as simple as "Shake bottle before use" makes a huge difference in mixing the product in the bottle and giving you results as intended. I just made another order from Polishangel. I got some of their Viking Coat and Viking Spritz along with their Snowcake interior coating. I'm going to use them on my spring spruce up job on my car. I am going to spend about a week doing a full detail on my car. Probably start next month with our weather finally starting to break a little. We've had a brutal winter this year.
    OK. On to the next issue. We need to get you some more subscribers man!! You have one of the best detailing channels on RUclips. You should have at least 25,000 by now. How do we get this channel noticed and moving up, up up!!??

      I get that roller but stuff and are in a rush to use it. But things as easy as shampooing can sometimes backfire. This is a good case of that.
      I’m jealous of u and the P.A. Order. I need to get on the ball.
      I have no idea about getting more subscribers. I’ll just keep putting out the videos. One day, hopefully, one day I’ll have 25k subs. Haha

      @@DetailingBreakdown Yeah, that's the key. Keep on persevering bud. Just keep the videos steadily coming out. We need to find you a "hook" or something that draws people into your videos. That's one of the keys. I was watching a thing about how to be a successful "RUclipsr" the other day. Consistency is one, putting out videos consistently so your viewers have good content to actually want to watch your videos. You definitely have that. I think your videos about product reviews and detailing information are "spot on". It's just drawing in viewers and getting you some subscribers who enjoy detailing content and videos. Once you get a little recognition, then it will spread and spread quickly. It will come, just keep on rockin' buddy.
      On the Polishangel stuff, I am really loving everything they put out. I'm slowly leaning towards just using their stuff but not there quite yet. Of course, tools and towels, and all the "accessories" for detailing will always be from other companies as PA doesn't have a lot of that stuff and theirs are way too expensive anyway. But the chemicals themselves are so top notch that I love using them. Costly........... VERY COSTLY,........but worth it for an enthusiast that has the funds to do it. I actually got a 15% discount because they are running a one day 24 hour flash sale which is RARE for them. They don't run a lot of sales directly from the company. I go direct through PA, not through Esoteric, so I get those deals occasionally. Looking forward to using the Viking series this year. Going to put two coats of Viking Coat and maintain it with the Spritz exclusively probably. That way I know they are both designed to work together and get the best results. When you use other products on top of coatings, sealants, waxes, etc. sometimes you get cloudiness which I can't stand. And once you get it, it's really hard to correct it without a full polish to bring the clarity back. I'm sure you know this and it's probably happened to you in the past. The Viking stuff is like their Cosmic series of what they call "Glasscoat" products. Essentially a very high end, very durable sealant with tons of Silica Dioxide and Titania in it. A sealant on steroids is what Brian from Apex Detail call them. Although you can easily get a year or more of durability with these products. And the fact I am going to use the Spritz as a maintenance product which is a liquid version of the coating, I don't see why I won't get several years out of it because I drive my sports car so rarely and it's garage kept at all times. It rarely sees the light of day. Which is nuts I know. I need to start driving that thing more. It's only been out twice in the past 3 months because the darn weather has been so freakin' bad. Rain, snow, and ice constantly over the past few months! I also have their GLISSANTE wash which is a maintenance wash product infused with Si02, water softeners, and all kinds of other glossing agents, for when I do bucket washes. It has almost NO foam at all, but the water is really milky looking, with a smell of mint, and very slick feeling so it's a great maintenance wash for really lightly soiled car which is what I have. I never get the car very dirty anyway. And of course I'll use rinseless wash products that I have. Want to try the Ech20 from CarPro which I just got. One product set I am going to get is that Griot's Foam Cannon and the three foaming products showcased. Those looked like they work very well. I want to incorporate those into my normal wash routine. Plus the versatility of that Foam Cannon and the ability to attach it right to their bottles is a time saver and makes it easier. I like the fact you can do that and that's probably how i'll use the system most of the time.
