vlm is the best, especially if used with a pro 35. I`ve cleaned some really bad carpets but I would be hesitant to offer money back if there was certain issues with carpet, such as bad staining!

Unfortunately any orbital or 175 floor machine with a bonnet will void the warranty on the carpet
show me proof of that and anyway must carpets are out of warranty !!
