    how you are making the dark color for the flowers??

      We used gel colors with our Swiss Meringue Buttercream. (2 Tips: for darker colors is slightly heat. (slightly melt) and rewhip your buttercream and it will darken your colors. 2. Use an immersion blender will also darken.
