I Invented the BEST 4 Color Budget Deck

Last week we helped FluxCorp member Xicx in a different game, and he's back now with a budget 4color deck for Goon Wars.
This deck wasn't working well enough, so Xicx asked me to fix it up and turn it into a powerhouse budget build to crush the Goon Wars ladder. I delievered with this one-of-a-kind "Pirate Forger" value deck that packs a big punch on a budget.
