He tried a couple fo approaches with thus mentor and then found that with the dry humor of his mentor, the best was the napoleon dynamite "uhh, shoot, shoot, dang" type humor worked best. Where with other guests it's veering more towards explicit inappropriate jokes, or maybe towards overconfident self comments. But he tends to nail it pretty quickly on how to make guests on the channel as funny as possible

It's false. The myth comes from seamen hallucinating manatees as seductive women and wanting to have sex with them, they did not routinely have sex with manatees. I think Josh does so well in these episodes because he understands the guys. Now I'm not gonna call him an idiot, but he's basically the same as the guys except he can cook. So he knows what information to devulge and when.... and also when he can go on a tirade.

I love Diego so much, he's fantastic! So is Josh, there, at the end while he's lounging on the floor giving instructions. Give Diego a few times and he'll be just as chaotic I bet! Seriously, this is probably the best Zach and Keith has ever done with their dishes, too.
