+Philip Denholm People have different ears. A lot of people I know say the Apple earbuds keep falling out their ears but they're fine for me (Running is a different story). So it may fit him well but it might not for you or me. The hooks are stabilizers that wedge (It doesn't hurt) into a part of your ear so they will never fall out. The Bose IE2's had them and they were really comfortable.
Its silicone not plastic ,and u can have them take on or off

Very good review, but I was hoping for more statement on sound quality. How good do they sound? How do they compare to others?
+Matthias Buesing Matt, the sound on these are very balanced. You not going to hear very strong base, mids or highs. For this price point the compare well with others in the same price point. That said, music is clear, no distortion at the highest level. I would not describe them as CRISP audio. just balanced.

Did you even try these things? They do create 'audio-prompts', i.e. tones when turned on or off.
They also don't weigh 44 oz !

The magnets are weak and kind of redundant, I'd say. The cable is not the best as it tends to drag on material (also, they loop out the back of your head - could have been shorter).
One thing I noticed is that they do pick up vibration while you are walking (dull thudding for each footstep).
People may not hear you as well if you are on a call, as the mic picks up a lot of background sound.
If you get these and they do not run very long or charge properly, use a low power charger (also some battery packs will not charge them).
Overall, the bluetooth link is stable and sound is pretty good - better than my old Sony wired earbuds. Excellent value at approx $26 !

Well great I bought these Bluetooth earphone recently and it is already broken.
So basicly what happend is as I was going for a run my Earphones got lose and so I put it back in but when I was putting it in the wire became loose and fell off from the ear piece exposing the wire which is intact with the earpiece. Soo now its kinda unsafe to where 😔 😔 😔.

You do get a power on promt just not that annoying voice. Its got a nice 2 tone promt.

if i were you dont buy this if you were thinking of doing 'exercise' as mine broke to pieces exposing the wires inside of the cable . Also the bad meaterial used in eartips is very bad at staying in your ear and are nearly impossible for it to be replace with a diffrent type of eartips due to the dinasour size earphone cannal. And if you havent figure it out yet the earphones are broken 😑😑😧

i just got these this week. it's my first pair of in ear with hook type buds so i'm curious as to how you know which size hook you should use. should it be a tight fight or snug, barely noticeable fit?

+George Mantilla Yes. Just be aware of the music playback. Its balanced. If you love rocken bass then dont consider it. Here is what I like. Light Weight. Like its not on your head light. Great fit. Good audio. Just not Thumping BASE
