1 Tomahawk Ribeye or any Thick Cut Steak of your choice (2-2.5 inches thick)
Salt and All-Purpose Seasoning (Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder)
Optionally add some smoked paprika or cayenne
Seafood Loaded Potato:
2 russet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil and flakey salt for exterior
3 pieces of bacon fried and diced
1/2 lb shrimp
4 oz lump crab
2-3 tbsps butter
1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken stock
2 tsps lemon juice
1 tsp roasted garlic base (or veggie/chicken)
1 cup parmesan cheese
cajun seasoning
1/2 cup milk or half and half (for mashed potatoes)
1-2 tbsps boursin garlic and herbs
all purpose seasoning
Compound Butter:
1 stick room temp butter
3 garlic cloves (grated)
2 tbsps chopped parsleu
2 tbsps chopped thyme and rosemary
1/2 lemon zested
