Not all Igbos are into Apprenticeship system o ..
Well schooled Igbos ( masters degree , PHD, ) usually didn't do Apprenticeship system
Apprenticeship system is for the Igbos that did not attend / excel in Higher institution.
My dear brother, If you listened carefully I did not say anything that indicates that Igbos don't have PHDs etc.
Research by prominent international scholars has shown that the mentorship scheme in Igboland has produced more wealth than all the graduates from Universities in that part of the country.
It is very insulting to say that the mentorship scheme is only for the unschooled in Igbo land.
How many professors are as rich or enlightened as Dr. Cosmas Maduka? The truth of the matter is that these so-called unschooled are the landlords and employers of those so-called educated people in Igboland.
Nobody should try to denigrate the Igbo mentorship system as a scheme for uneducated people.
What really is education?
@@drcharlesapokithank you sir. You rightly pointed out with your question that Education is not only formal. Informal education is also empowerment of knowledge, skills and building of character. God bless Dr. Charles Apoki.
Dr Charles Apoki, I have a question pls.
What is your advice for women who are 50 and above on this topic?
Women have 90-98% chance of having their children around them compare to the father's.
