Violin Phrasing - what does it mean?

What does phrasing mean? When you play violin and your teacher tells you that you have no phrasing what do you do and what do you focus on? I try to answer these questions in this video. Lol so basically can I not have good phrasing without learning wrist vibrato ?
I am beginner and have good finger vibrato but I feel like my music is so not beautiful without wrist vibrato.

You can definitely have good phrasing without even having any vibrato since you can express notes connections through just your bow but ofc having more mechanical skill is straight up an advantage. If you feel like you desire wrist vibrato you should start moving towards that goal when u practice.
