Thank you for your recipe. You should also list this as eggless! I'll try this with olive oil instead since I'm allergic to dairy and I'll keep you updated how it works as a vegan version

Ahhh.......... Another name for Gram Flour is Chickpea Flour. Am I correct? If yes, you should use
the North American name for it. It might increase your viewers bcos we identify with the name
Chickpea Flour and use that name when we are searching for recipes.
Thank you for sharing this recipe with us.

You can use soya granules in place of potato for filling. Soya granules will give you protein as the dough used to make the samosa is rich in carbohydrates like potatoes.

I tried making this dough twice, and it’s just too dry, it keeps cracking as I shape it and fill it. What would help with the texture?

    Hello Mrs Harleen
I have been watching your videos since some time now. My daughter has the same medical condition and so I'm trying to gather as many gluten free recipes from you channel. I find them quite practical and doable.
It will be kind of you if you could help me out with the below 2 questions:
    a) Do you use homemade GF aatta for chapatis? If so, then do you grind your GF aatta with a home bought atta chakki?
I have been advised by the doctors to use my own atta chakki for rotis and not buy the GF attas available in the market.
I would like to know if there's a reliable brand of chakki that you may using for your own family. Those available ON AMAZON have mixed customer reviews.
    b) the masalaz that you use in your kitchen ....are they store bought? The branded packaged ones? Or have you been grinding them at home?
Would have loved to connect with you via some other forum.
    Thanks

Hi Nidhi, yes i used homemade Glutenfree atta for chapatis, and the recipe is already on the channel... I have been using Nataraj atta chakki for 7 yrs now since i grind all the flours at home, except potato starch and corn starch.. this way all the grains, except sabudana, can be washed and dried before grinding, so the raw smell of the grains go away. Masalas i buy the packed ones, usually MDH, catch or tata sampurna
