Jessica is so respectful, she continuously tried to focus on something positive no matter what she experiences. The situations where she was troubled is edited out. Amazing personality
Hey there Jessica! Another great video. I love how you’re experiencing the real world and not just glamour travel. You’re a brave woman, my friend. - Geno
Ok 1.India is the 6th largest economy in the world which grew by 7 % in 2018 and is projected to grow by 6 % in 2019 and has contributed to math, science, economics, philosophy, literature, poetry 2.Hinduism pioneered Ahimsa ( Non violence) and Yoga 3.You really need to stop stereotyping .STOP STEREOTYPING !
What do you mean real world? Maybe you'd like to go experience real world in homeless ghettoes of LA and Chicago? Or you can't handle seeing real world in your own country?
You are such a sweet, respectful soul. God bless you. I am enjoying watching your India vlogs. I'm Punjabi but was born and raised in Canada... it's my dream to travel across India one day
Wow, a place that is very small and very over populated they sure are civilized and the people are very nice and good looking. Not like the cities in the first world countries where there are a very high number of crimes.
Hello! Just found your channel today while discovering tourists in India on RUclips-I felt so bad for the little 🐶 puppy! Anyways, I always look for a backstory or why people began traveling, so I tried to see if you had anything posted about yourself & how you decided to start w traveling. Do you have any videos on this or would you consider doing a video about yourself? I know some people don’t go there, but if you would, I think it would be a cool 😎 video! Your videos are so peaceful 😉
Deserves multiple times subscribers and multiple times views. Because I also do not have any idea about Dharavi though I am an Indian. And about your courage as Uberman was saying, it’s your trust in humanity and inward reconciliation. You are way way ahead on the path of spirituality. World needs many more such a puritant souls like you.
7:48 is not a slum home, my village home in Punjab looks way more ghetto than that , they got this stuff tiled up with all the accessories and TVs and all that
I visited LA and had "Universal Studio" tour. Now I got the Idea, we should have "Slum Tour" in Mumbai. For most western tourist this will be "novelty" tour. No need of "Indiana Jones" theme tour in LA. Mumbai has real "local train" ride. Real 'road crossing' experience. After that walk through dirty lanes "real" experience!! Real money's worth. Experience like no where else.
Nice Jessica...To say everytime I love my Life is really giving positiveness about life ....Just to say you.. Do not run while crossing the road , it is very dangerous. Take care
OMG ur seriously courageous...no one shall try ....wrong tea cost....ur so very indian at heart..Jessica plz explore buddha country....der is so much peace n divine strength in u...keep going....
Please understand,i appreciate you standing up for Tulsi and the Puri yatra coverage I request yu to however understand the below 1.India is the 6th largest economy in the world which grew by 7 % in 2018 and is projected to grow by 6 % in 2019 and has contributed to math, science, economics, philosophy, literature, poetry 2.Hinduism pioneered Ahimsa ( Non violence) and Yoga .We have goddesses of knowledge, learning India did not have to vote to give women rights to vote .it was always there by defaul 3.Let us not adhere to stereotypes
Wen u show the slums i feel here is the realy beauty of india these peoppehv so much to offer i wish God offers them something. I luv the luv of this part of india. They say india mein bare dil wali logh hain.
Well I just say that Jessica mam is a very brave lady she is also a nice lady because she's like and enjoys her each and every minute of her life she's awesome I like her very much
Those guided slum tours are tourist traps and unethical in my opinion. However you score big points for exploring Dharavi on your own and try to bring the human side of people who live there. It takes a lot of courage for a single woman to explore Dharavi on your own.
I suggest you to read "Shantaram" by Gregory Roberts and even more "Godan" by Premchand. Both will give you sound and precious informations about India. Besides that Roberts is a very skilled modern writer and Premchand is the summit of hindi literature.
There is a misconception that only poor people reside in slums. Actually rich and poor both reside. The house you visited were well off people. In most of the slum houses you would find all the basic comforts today like, fridge .TV washing machine. Italian tiles, marble. Furniture, kitchenware, even AC. The only thing is that these are overpopulated, congested unplanned and unhygienic as most houses are unauthorised and unplanned construction. Due to space crunch and very high real estate prices in Mumbai even middle class standard people live in slums. Actually there many small units in Dharavi producing different type of goods where hundreds of people are employed.Daily crores of rupees rolling takes place. Sometime you should visit the leather market in Dharavi famous for leather goods. It was on the main road where you find ladies purses, leather bags, belt, etc. Cloth market is also there.

I watch your video all the time and your doing amazing so keep it up and also if u can then do visit northeast Nagaland India it’s a beautiful place and our place is called the land of festivals so please do visit and so if you come and then I will definitely try to help you
Lady... Do you know meaning of 'slum'?.... It means, people who are unemployed, smell dirty and don't have anything to eat! Do you think Dharavi is a slum? No, it's technically not, coz people there are employed, work in small scale industries, have lots to eat and don't smell dirty like they showed in that stupid movie Slumdog Millionaire... It's a small European like town in itself!
That house was great but they had not given even water to you that was sad correct do not go alone its serious that driver was really saying be careful and do not go alone to such place in future city ok. Jai hind
When the tour of the family that invited her in finished, I saw a rat crawl into a hole....wish the gov could do more for the people. and picking up the trash as well from there...having a recyciling center...
Jessica is so respectful, she continuously tried to focus on something positive no matter what she experiences. The situations where she was troubled is edited out. Amazing personality

@Jessica Savano I always get scared when you visit slums and crowded areas...Please be careful and safe...BTW I love ur videos alot...Love from INDIA
12:09 I think is time to go!!!🤣
The only thing i found in slum is improper waste management which is a common problem in the world rest everything is same. Like outside
You go gurl! No fear! India needs to be freed from its government. That town should not be cut off like that.
Those guided slum tours are tourist traps and unethical in my opinion.
However you score big points for exploring Dharavi on your own and try to bring the human side of people who live there. It takes a lot of courage for a single woman to explore Dharavi on your own.
How you can even walk the streets in India alone God is not going to help you when you get into danger he will just be silent.
Awesome..Try to travel in village...or like small cities or Villagea like "Jalgaon" or Shirsoli in Maharashtra
You are simply awesome ❤
I suggest you to read "Shantaram" by Gregory Roberts and even more "Godan" by Premchand. Both will give you sound and precious informations about India. Besides that Roberts is a very skilled modern writer and Premchand is the summit of hindi literature.
