I was also wondering your thoughts on why to look for specifically when they describe supervision and mentorship? Should we wanna hear a certain amount of one -on one meetings or other factors?

Do you think it would behoove me to accept a lower salary in a situation where it's mostly work from home but hybrid with support and guidance from doctors willing to train a new grad? And it's local. How much less do you think I should accept? I was considering $20,000 less. For other in person more high stress jobs I dont plan on accepting less but given the circumstances of this one I might.

This is a great video! I’m currently in school to become a psych np. What would you say would be a goal for benefits regarding health/dental/vision insurance and cme credits? I know it can vary with insurance but I guess I’m asking ballpark figure in terms of coverage and whatnot. I worked at a place where we had two hours for updating assessments and I realize now how lucky I was to be in that situation!

Your content is really good. The work we do is HARD. Number one that we have to look at is the value system of the place we are working in. It has to fit our values. I don't think this is being talked about at all. We can have efficiency and excellence with quality care without sacrificing the bottom line.
