Yes I agree with Daina...... the instructions are spoken so fast and if one does not know what he is talking about since there has been no previous experience it is rather overwhelming. Please state how it should feel when the brakes are calibrated.......if you have never done this you don't know.
This is a highly technical video for someone ( me, a geriatric woman ) who has never hauled a trailer before. He speaks very quickly and glosses over much information so that, in essence, it is "Greek" to me. To quote Denzel Washington, "explain it to me like I am a six-year old.". S_L_OW it down, or make a version that starts at the very beginning, explaining terms that are used for newbies. Today, no one at a shop where these units are installed wants to take the time to explain things. Many people are forced to use the internet for their basic information.This doesn't cut it.
After a battery replacement mine was showing 2 dashes all the time. After unplugging it and plugging it back in that seems to have fixed it.
I think this brake controller kills your SUV/Truck battery if your SUV/Truck isn't a daily driver. This has killed my battery and doing online research I found that there were a lot of others complaining about the same thing.
I'm sorry but the second part of this video, adjusting sensitivity, is not clear. Probably because the unit I have is the 51130 and doesn't look the same.
