hey bby idk if you’re still pumping but i got a few tips for getting your milk supply back! 1. get a handheld pump from walmart (i used the medela) i had a pump like yours & one that plugged up in the wall & tbh $28 handheld pump got me more milk than both! 2. pump as consistent as you would feed him so every 2-3 hours. even if you feel like you’re not getting alot of milk, train your body to think he is eating. you can pump, stop for 15-20 minutes them pump again. do that for about 30 minutes just until it builds back up. 3. make sure you have the correct flange size on your pump, too big or too small makes a HUGE difference. 4. lots of water and oatmeal, or really just staying hydrated. 💕💕
