- In this video I go through some of the biggest pros and cons why someone might consider becoming a "solo" agent at EXP Realty and why that very same agent might consider joining a Team at EXP. Joining a team will allow you to leverage the existing teams momentum and brand recognition which will allow you to capitalize on their lead generation and eventually close more deals. You will pay higher caps for being on a team.. and that momentum will cost you. Going "solo" will allow you to brand yourself moving forward. The solo agent will have a $16,000 cap that once met will result in the agent receiving 100% of their commissions until the end of the year. That very same agent will have the opportunity to go ICON with EXP and that is another huge PRO!
If you are interested in Joining EXP Realty please reach out to me! I would love to tell you more and include you in our coaching program for agents! There is so many ways for the modern agent to leverage EXP in their business model.

What about a Mega Team ? Is it worth it financially?
a mega team is a great plan if you already have the agents to qualify. This is one of the tools that EXP is using to get larger teams to come come over from their existing brokerage. There is really no downside to the mega team unless you are unsure that you will be able to meet the 40 million down sales volume requirement. If you want to talk more about this let me know and we can connect. The mega team is a really neat feature.
@@AlderPointGroup What about as a team member?
If you want join exp with out a team doesn’t EXP assign you a mentor?
The requirement will be based on whether or not you have sold any homes prior to joining. If you have no experience selling homes, then you will be assigned a mentor. If you join a team, then your team leader will be your mentor.
