The problem is Supercell is banning people for trying to recover their old account. You give one wrong answer and instantly you are banned, no questions asked. Happened to me twice yesterday by just trying to get my old TH12 back, even though I have all the information needed to recover the account like, TH Level, Player Id, Player Name.....they make it so hard to recover your account and now I can't even get in the game at all because of "Phishing" attempt...it is absolutely insane! Looks like I will not be getting back into Clash.....
P.S. the reason I don't have access to my old account is because it was tied to a work email I had and now I no longer work there so I can't get the supercell code to login.
OJ if you have connections at Supercell with someone that can help me please let me know. I have screenshots of my base to prove it is mine
