Just a minor point of order... you keep referring to it as Kerbosis (27:00 +/-). You can even see the correct spelling highlighted in the host record at 27:17. Kerberos (named after the three-headed dog Cerberus in Greek mythology). Kur-ber-uhs
Great video! Suggestion -- you mentioned that you have a 35 Mbps internet connection, so you might look into setting up a Rocky Linux local repository, so that you will be able to download the packages once, and then distribute those packages within your internal LAN, to help speed things up.
