Windows 11 Can't Click | How to Fix Mouse Can Not Click Problem in Windows 11

Yeah, I don't know if I did anything wrong, but after trying to uninstal it my mouse started moving again, but I can't select things by clicking on the touchpad anymore. Also I can't find my the 'mice and other pointing devices options' no matter how hard I search.

idk if this help but u can't unplugged and plug ur mouse back to your PC, it works for me

Thank you for ALL of these suggestions - BUT - My mouse problem remains. I have completed several "Trend Micro" scans with NO virus. I know the problem is software because I simply moved my SSD to a NEW HP LapTop and have the same mouse problem. Mouse pointer moves - BUT - When the mouse, touch pad & touch screen "click" stops working, I need to "shut off" computer. The mouse works then fails again after a time.

@fwtens203 so turns out I was using a notebook with touchscreen but formates and updates to win11 without origi al driver. Turned touch generic drive off and worked

open file manager then press ctrl + shift + esc. this will open task manger, then click onto file manager and you will see a restart button bottom right corner click it and restart you pc/laptop

Further on down, "game on gaming" suggested CCleaner. There is a FREE version - BUT - Being an IT Professional, I bought the PRO version and CCleaner DID solve my "Can't Click" problem.
