Roblox was my childhood I was in 4th grade when I started playing, I'm ending 8th grade now. It's been a journey, It gave me imagination, happiness, friends. It taught me how its sometimes better to let go of some people how sometimes it isn't a good idea to trust strangers. It taught me so much. I'll miss those days. I'll miss it. I know I can never go back, I wish I could but it's over and I'm thankful that it happend.

The year 2017 will always have a special place in my heart. It was the year I made my first permanent ROBLOX account, and when I moved from my dad’s phone to our old home computer. Can’t believe logging onto ROBLOX everyday and playing Epic Minigames and Prison Life is already 5 years ago. The social structure of ROBLOX has shifted entirely now, and I’m still trying to adapt from what I was used to the last time I used to play a lot in 2020, but ROBLOX will forever have a special place in my heart.
2017+ sucked man. I'm sorry you weren't able to experience old roblox like the most of us. It's best that of you don't wanna become one of these toxic corrupt slenders and bullies, that you either leave or stay away from the infested games.
Started 2009 when I finally made a permanent account in 2011. It was banned in 2018 and I quit roblox for like 2 years until 2021 when I made a new account finally.
The years of 2016-2019 was my era for me. Those were the years that I had experienced the most out of Roblox. I didn’t worry about anything else about the game. I simply played it. As Roblox gained popularity over 2020, it brought more people to the playerbase. Unfortunately this caused our community to change. It wasn’t the same anymore. Simultaneously, Roblox would proceed to change their game, ultimately forgetting about our meaningful gems that we valued on the platform. Roblox isn’t the same anymore. But let’s be thankful we had experienced the true side of Roblox.
2017. It was a fantastic moment for almost everyone here. The community was all kind, all the games are perfect if you’re alone, and it fit perfectly on iPads. Roleplaying games were so simple, like Roblox High School, or The Neighborhood of Robloxia. What really ran it the most was the guests and more importantly, the old music like Twentyone Pilots or the older ones. Ah yes. Classic games like Natural Disaster, Jailbreak or The Normal Elevator really hit at those times. Now it’s just avatars, TikToks and Roblox becoming greedy. If only, we can turn back time, and let this generation learn how we did it.
I started playing roblox in 2015, I was 8 years old, I think, and seeing everything that roblox has evolved surprises me a lot, I still remember playing Natural disaster or some obby as a guest

I remember nice and polite players since roblox late 2015 and early 2016 when I started Roblox in 2015 as a guest and 2016 like creating accounts, they we’re really nice, Prison Life is still Popular when Jailbreak is not existed yet, there’s no Da Hood game, no toxic players so much in the game, and more I remember playing Transformers : The Trilogy with my brother like since 2016 and 2017, yep and that’s all my childhood, I wish they all will come back
I can recall August of 2012 was when I created my first account. My older sibling created the account and I was immediately phased by it. I spent every afternoon just on Roblox. I more notably remember the game where you built to survive zombies. I lost my account in 2014 and had no feasible option of recovering it. I made another account that day, then forgot about it. Until a few months ago, July, I remembered the username of the account. Conveniently, I have been using the same password for years so I was able to login. When I logged into the account I felt some weird sense of dread. All my memories were just there, how I left them. I owned 1 limited item and all my game progress was intact. Before, I kept searching for that feeling of excitement to experience it again. After finding my old account, I guess I feel pretty satisfied.
Roblox journey: I want to raise my hidden voice on roblox. I started roblox 2016. When roblox was hitting the market and sky rocketing and I call it the, great journey. I played both fortnite and roblox during that period since I got one of the fresh xbox one. Let me tell you from my own heart, 2016 was my golden year for roblox, when create tools and old times were starting to mix and 2016 was in the middle of it, both old and new. The most loved game that time was natural disaster, I didn’t care about getting the most wins or getting the top lead, I just loved when the building was breaking and finding your way out, and I don’t remember much from 2016 but I also played slender which was sky rocketing and lots of players filled the lobby. I loved 2016. Then 2017 came around the corner, and I was pretty much still playing few other games like fortnite and some racing games and time was pretty much good but things started to change slowly here. The games got really harder from before and toxic community started coming out, people started to spend little by little robux on stupid outfit and few games started to come down. (I didn’t play much since fortnite was BOOMING like hell and all my friends would talk about it, so fortnite kind of won this year for me) then 2018 came along and I was still on fortnite( I call this period, down the line). Around middle of june, we were shifting somewhere and I had no idea. (I didn’t carry my xbox and left my first roblox acount there itself) and before I shifted, I knew that I won’t be able to play for a long time. We shifted I got sad because I left my xbox with all of my favourite games like Minecraft .Around 2019, somewhere near march of April I made a new roblox account to play on (I tried a huge number of times to download fortnite and I only played it’s chapter 2 and then apple banned fornite and it was gone again). I was hooked to shark game where we have to get money to buy better boats to run away from shark (I also played jailbreak but I liked to play the shark game more) I played it around 2020 and covid came along and I wanted robux so much that I filled the scams for robux. I didn’t value the account much as long as I get robux. Just shortly few days after I was not able to get my acc back, It was sad since I was playing PTFS with some new gold friends I made on roblox. I didn’t play roblox for few days and I started to think to start a new acc. I did start a new one and a fresh start on roblox and I think around that period my online classes were at full swing. During evenings I was grinding so I can be the same level my old acc was. I didn’t play fortnite and much other games since my xbox was left on the pervious place and it was collecting dust with my golden memories in it. And my potato pc was not able to run cool games on it and I was only playing roblox til 2020- 2021 Jan. In starting 2021, I tried download fortnite on my potato pc and it worked! After so long it worked but the pain was not over. The freaking graphics were REALLY BAD, like alot bad and I was playing on 18 resolution so I can just enjoy fornite again. I played it for sometime till march and I didn’t quit but just left it. I as usually, played roblox again and I would visit fortnite every season or so. (This stage I call it the fall of roblox) Things were getting really bad in roblox, like really bad, people like were protesting against admins, the slenders and the stupid people were on huge scale on it, and toxic community was on the rise, roblox was not doing ANYTHING to stop slenders since they are paying alot of money on there stupid costume. I really quitted roblox and I was stuck, roblox has changed really a alot from 2016. I am bored and covid went along, pretty much it kind of killed my love for playing and enjoying games, almost edge of it. Around November something really really and really cool happened. I was able to GET MY XBOX BACK! I didn’t care weather it was still a old one, it can run my favourite games? Then I am happy with it. I got my xbox and started setting it up, it needed some cleaning so I took every dust was there on it and I can’t believe it with my own eyes, IT STARTED TO WORK! And it was running everything super fine like it was before, I went to games and I didn’t know where to start from! Yes, I didn’t know where to start from and I kept thinking that and I got really scared, I didn’t know were to start from, I remembered, roblox account, so I went there so I can see my last account and I went there only to know I won’t play any game, I knowing that I closed it. I came back and started the system so I can play some cool racing games and I got bored, I was playing FM5 which came in 2014 (I got it in 2017) and there was 0 online players to play with I just played the offline one and started to miss when they had players in it. I didn’t play much but I did remembers to install fortnite and I was so happy, no need of xbox live to play online for fortnite. And I played it till end of2021 and still playing it now since I didn’t buy much games but I will soon buy the game-pass and I could play cool games like FH5. So pretty much I quitted roblox and moved on to fortnite and others games. Just few days before new year I recovered my old roblox acc from 2019 and I just sent messages to friends that I am alive(most of them quitted after a long time since it was been 3-2 years). I just played with old friends for few days and quitted again. I played fortnite and other cool games but yeah. I didn’t quit as much but I just go to my account every few days so I can check up on my old friends and saved games were I used to play alot from 2019. It is 2022 and I am having a really cool time with xbox and new games. Roblox gave up on me and I never spend any robux on it. I was done with it. Thank you :D

I miss those days when we were all young and had all the time in world just to play roblox, sometimes I wish we could turn back time to the good old days. 😥
My 7yr old ass had so much fun with roblox, i still play right now but rarely since ive been using the same old pc using roblox and it cant handle games that well sadly :(
The wheezing, the laughing, the screaming, the excitement, the adrenaline, all of it was the true meaning of gaming. There was a time where it all still meant something, it was so human. It was such a golden era, and one i'm going to miss.
As someone who has played since 2014, it makes me incredibly sad to see what roblox has gone through over the years. Yes, I am happy about UGC and all of the amazing content it has brought except for some of it, of course. I remember that the first game I ever played was the stalker reborne, and it still to this day is the best game I have ever played on roblox. Mad paintball, and a few others were also my favorites, but I wish that I could go back to when those games were alive. I remember asking my parents to buy me robux every time I wanted an item, gamepass, or cool hat I saw. I remember making the greatest of friends. I remember the times when I would get mad over a game, then forget what happened the next day. I remember when I would wait every day after school for my friends to play, and just act stupid and have tons of fun. Now that you think about it, the roblox games these days have more quality and time put into them, but it doesn't have that "roblox" feel to it. It really just feels boring half the time I ever play roblox anymore. It really just bugs me that now everything on roblox is just bland, and gets boring over a short time. I still look back on some of the games I used to play every now and then, and the awesome time I had. I truly do miss 2014-2018. Thank you roblox for the amazing memories you have given me during my childhood, and for the rest of you like me, I hope you have a good time as well.
I’m glad someone here can relate with me. 2014 was definitely one of the greatest times for roblox and most definitely for me. Even though I couldn’t wrap two brain cells together to understand anything, 2014 and 2015 me certainly enjoyed life. The things I would do to experience these moments one last time… man.
The real problem with roblox is that all the new games are just anime, simulators or roleplays. I remember when I hoped on the front page and i would find new original good games. Some were low effort but still they had fun gameplay. I miss these games so much and i dont think it is only the nostalgia

I think 2011-2014 had some super nostalgic stuff that got left out here, that was the main era of “Personal Servers” which I think was one of the best features added to the game that sadly isn’t around anymore.
never forget about party mode man. playing with my older siblings who are now all moved out with jobs. it's rough nowadays man. I really gotta try hard to get them to play anything other than warzone or destiny 2. I love those games, but sometimes some good old fashioned roblox on the PC can be real nice...

To everyone watching, we cant go back to the old days when we were carefree and when Roblox was free of toxic players. We should be happy that it existed in our generation. We will most likely not experience the same feelings again, but just know I will be here for you.
We were just having fun, we weren't realizing we were making some of the best memories we will ever have. It was just us and our friends playing around. Hopping between games, no toxicity, and guests. Such simple times we wish we could turn back to. but we cant go back, thats the most painful part. Well, what happened is over, and now we have to move on. We've truly evolved and come a long way. Thank you roblox for everything, and I look forward so see whats in the future.
I used to have a guest account always cuz I was a child and I had no idea how to make account, then I made one and later guests were removed, I remember you couldn’t chat, or change avatar with guests, good times.😢
The sadness of years long gone is overwhelming. The rollercoasters, the obbies, the tycoons, the ramps, all the roblox games I played with my sister, it's hard to imagine nothing will ever be the same.
I started my Roblox account in 2016, I think this year was the most rewarding of my entire journey on Roblox, I made several friends during the games I played, I remember that my friends and I would stay up all night playing, I stopped in 2018, and I recently decided to log into my account after 5 years and it really hurt to see those friends of mine offline for 5 or 6 years, I remember each one of them and it was a flashback of moments I spent with them. It's sad to think that we can never go back to the past, but I'm happy to have lived through those moments.

I remember how epic Roblox was back during the 2010s, back then you can dress up however you want and nobody would judge you, all you would do is make friends and have fun. No toxicity, no Rthros and no UGC items at all. It was a really peaceful time and I'm glad I got to experience it. Edit: I meant rthros sry and honestly this is just MY opinion, so let's just appreciate the old Roblox where there was once peace and not argue
Toxicity was in Roblox too, online daters too, but the most pure nolstagic was when we had fun instead looking at the bad stuff we'd never did asked, it's funny how we grow old and miss old, we do miss alot of games, but nothing can stop as much fun we had
I forgot what year I started playing roblox, but it was life changing. So many fun experiences to be had in a single place. Everyday was like a new adventure. Plus there were the annual egg hunts which were unfortunatley cancelled. I miss the good old days. Kids these days don't understand the real values of the game. Hell even Roblox forgot the values of their own game. It was made to fuel imagination but now it's anything but that. With people constantly bullying you and making you feel unwelcomed into the community. I just wish we can go back and relive the good days, before everything went to hell. But that is just a wish. There is nothing the older community can do to change the way roblox runs it's game. We had a good run but now I guess that run has ended. I would say more but there is no point in continuing this ramble. As we get older the playerbase gets younger. We should at least try to teach the kids how the game is meant to be played instead of us being shamed for being ourselves.

Roblox has served as a foundation for my childhood. When I look back in time I see all of my memories in roblox. It was and still is a huge part of my life. Playing roblox takes me to a whole new reality. My parents try taking roblox away from me saying that it’s for little kids and I should focus on trying new things that I might like, even though they are right, I will never forget roblox. I remember the memories in field of battle with my sister. E used to fly all the time with our flying swords. I remember the fun she and I had when we played dance off and laughed the whole time. The days where I would spend hours in fashion famous and I would literally stay up all night just to play it. The times in meepcity when we started a family. Mocap animations when we competed with others on the huge stage, thinking about our future. I remember the time when my parents asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I would always say I would be a queen, although I spelled it as “quween” lol. That was 5 years ago. From 2017 to 2022. I will never forget all the memories I created. Thank you roblox, you made a huge impact on my life throughout my childhood. I will never forget you.
I had a couple accounts before I finally made my one permanent one in early 2013. I was 11 at the time, and I turned 20 years old in 2022. I can still remember just how drastically different Roblox was then compared to how it is now. My most special memory had to have been the game Star Wars: Reborn (SWR) - it was hugely successful when it came out, and it was on the front page for quite a while. Back then I'd spent almost every single day playing that game, roleplaying with the dozens of other regulars who loved Star Wars, many of which I still remember. I co-led [one of] the biggest groups associated with the game at the time; and even now, years after the game died and the people I knew retired from Roblox too, this game will forever have a place in my heart. And, to the friends I made at the time, I'll always remember you when I look back-Behe, Niko, AJ; and more, and more, I hope you're all doing well wherever you are now :)
Started to play roblox in 2010/2011 after lego universe shut down - nostalgia roblox really hits - older games were way better then the newer games now. Just miss the good old times.
I've been playing since kindergarten (2011) and I must say the past 10 years have been the best. I remember nights when I stayed up and played this game, I'll be remembering every little ounce of these memories for the rest of my life. Thank you roblox.
Long time ago i was going on a trip with my family and we were staying at a hotel. It almost past midnight and being little old me i decided to grab the family laptop to start playing stuff while my parents were asleep, while finding games to play i remembered a cool blocky game that my favorite youtuber Dantdm was playing at the time called Roblox. So i went to the sign up page and made an account to play my first ever roblox game, natrual disasters survival. Little did i khow that what i just did would create some of my fondest childhood memories for years to come.
Today, I decided to look back at my old Roblox games I made. And they were only made like a year ago and it still REALLY hit hard. I remember when people would actually play it, and before I would stop working on the game and just abandon it. Coming back just only a year shows that it does not take that long for something to become nostalgic. The thought of walking through a game that was just abandond and left on a Halloween update from a year ago that was that was ready to be released never came. And to this very day, it is still left on that Halloween update.
I was a little late when I first joined Roblox back in 2014. But when I did, it was the best most fun time I've ever had. Even just hearing old sound effects whenever you use an item you had in a game is more than enough to bring me such a strong feeling of nostalgia. Seeing this video, reading all the comments, makes me happy to know a lot of us shared the same happiness 🙏
I started roblox in 2018, had so much fun, legends of speed, survive the killers and work at a pizza place were my fav games, and now these 9 year old slenders have taken over roblox, and these roblox edits, so now im 10 and this video just brings so much nostalgia and old memories, we wish if we could go back time, goodbye old roblox❤❤😭

The amount of emotions and nostalgia one game can bring is insane. I started playing this game when I was 7 and now I've started highschool. It's safe to say this game, no matter how sad it sounds, really is a big part of my life and my life would be hugely different if it wasn't. I played this game every single day for 4 years, every single day, and I've been playing for almost 6 years. Almost every good memory I have ends with me coming home and playing Roblox. The game taught me to treasure small things because they create the most memories.

I’ve been playing Roblox since 2014, and can I just say, it literally made my childhood. I remember being so young staying up till sunrise on the weekends playing non-stop work at pizza place, natural disasters, and the paintball game with all my friends. Truly fun times. Life was so free and happy vibes during then. It’s sad we can’t go back and relive all of those exciting times, but all that matters is we all made amazing memories while playing it. I can’t thank roblox enough for making a game where the fun never ended.

I miss these days. The days when everyone wanted a dominus and we had people pretending that they had robux shirts, pants, and hats. Back when the word "noob" was used a lot (even though it was annoying, it was pretty funny at times too). The days of Karva, ObliviousHD, and Skyleree. Back when Events weren't musicals. Those were good times.

Made my account in around 2011 or 2012 with my friend. Played almost every day up until around 2015 and played a bit until 2018. My childhood was made on this game and it’s sad to see how I’ve completely moved on from it and everything else from that time. I won’t forget how many memories were made on it.
2016 was always and is still my favorite year of Roblox, so many people who just played to have fun, other people would watch RUclipsrs play roblox, you could actually join a game without being insulted. I was 5 when I first joined Roblox (which would’ve been 2015) and now I’m 12 (2022) but like they always say: all good things have to come to an end Edit: I got my first permanent account in 2017, before that I had 2 others that have since been lost in time
The honest truth is, the more we talk about it, the sadder we get. It hurts to agree on this, but the old days are never coming back again. You used to be a child, life was much simpler, you had nothing to do. The only 2 main places that existed in your world back then were school and home. Go to school in the morning, come back in the afternoon, go to your room, open up your console/PC, open MW2, start a match, enjoy your day. Sadly as you get older, life gets harder. You should probably make use of what games you play now, as later on in your life, you might literally quit games even if you have made a commitment that you never will. I know every one of us wants to go back. I doubt you're a kid reading this (you're probably grown up now) but if you are actually a kid, please remember to enjoy your time now as it won't be coming back and life will get more stressful.
I joined Roblox in May 2010, and the first thing I remember is knowing how to use the 'Safechat' that Roblox had provided optionally to new and existing players, and also the 'Happy Robloxia Home' sandbox creations with the massive dirt hill in the distance ! I then created an alternative (no idea why) in February 2011, such games I can vividly remember from that time were Town of Robloxia, The Complex, Riding a Cart, and the long obby games too, and if you were an OBC (Outrageous Builders Club) back in the days, you were considered as 'luxurious' regarding the advantages that it could bring. As I look at Roblox today, I feel this sense of pity for those who join it today cause they'll never have the experience to walk around as a Guest saying "Do you wanna be my friend?" and know what Tix was, I stopped playing regularly around late 2017 considerably but I always take on the good times that I'll always cherish.
I’ve been playing for 14 years and I got to say it has been a very long journey I miss the old blocky Roblox walk animation, and the original Roblox menu. But look where we’ve gotten, old Roblox was way better we didn’t have slender‘s, or copy and paste, or odors, old Roblox was such a better experience and I hope Roblox can reconsider their game. I wish I could time travel back to 2018, pick up my phone, and play lots of great friends on roblox with all my great friends without trouble causing. Just thinking about what happened in roblox in 2018 fills my eyes with tears. The nostalgia is really kicking in!
I was in kindergarten when I started playing and it’s very fun now but I’m getting a bit bored of it, now that some of my friends were either banned, deleted, or just abandoned their account, but many still remain as people I play with on Roblox, I started in 2016 and it’s been a wild ride, I want to say to all the people watching this to say that you will have fun with a game you play for a long time but it will get boring after a while, don’t end up like others, thrive, be strong, but most importantly, don’t forget about the memories you made along the way though your journey, ok? Y'know being on Robloxian High School or RHS kinda hits me hard, its where I met my friends we would hang on in there and just chat about our lives, make jokes and even prank each other. The platform was simple during 2016-2019. Until 2020 a virus spread worldwide and lockdown every cities or town to avoid it. And the only thing that made me feel entertained was Roblox and when it evolved. I've seen it getting worse and worse until... 2021, Roblox hit me with a account deletion hammer and never let me get on my account again. I lost my friends, my 2018 visor, and even my favorite account. But I felt not bad at all because all the times I played, made friends, and having fun was truly amazing. Honestly, I miss the good old days, having fun with friends, playing amazing games that were fun, I started playing when I was in 3rd grade, I'm ending 6th grade. 2017 was such an awesome year for me on Roblox. It's sad we will never get to relive it but we have to be thankful we got to live for it, and continue to cherish what we experience now.
In 2017 i created my main account. And god i loved roblox, Jailbreak, Natural Disaster Survival, Old roblox logo. Such an amazing year... sadly now it is all f**ked up for the stupid **METAVERSE** thingy and other stuff that happen over all these years. Damn
Ahh, 2014. A year when I started playing ROBLOX as a guest, and now I have too many accounts to count! Playing games like Survive and Kill The Killers (in Area 51), Prison Life and more, which were at their prime, at the time. I started playing on my oldest tablet to date (it wasn’t even an iPad LOL), and then I discovered RUclips, which led me to discover ROBLOX, which later made me discover the game itself. I’m still a bit sad that I wasn’t smart enough then to make an actual account, but I just clicked the biggest button on my screen, which was to sigh in as a guest. I couldn’t do anything but walk and jump in-game, but I was happy playing! Then I, somehow, dropped the game. I came back to it in 2016, and made an account, which I later lost because I didn’t put an email on it to reset the password IF I ever lost it. Although, a couple days later, in August (which is when I made the accounts in 2016), I made an account WITH an email on it, which I later recovered in early-mid 2021. I’m glad I have at least one old account which I can claim to my mine! Fast forward to 2018, I made yet another account. But this time I was using it on my dad’s computer, which brought me to a lot of new games and such. Sadly, I fell for one of the Robux scams and lost the account, I wasn’t really going to use it anyway, but I ended up bawling my eyes out with tears (i cried A LOT). Then I moved to Europe in 2019, to live with my grandparents. Surely, I didn’t make another account before leaving, right? Well, I did anyway. Long story short, for this account, I thought I got scammed out of a friend asking me to switch our accounts, but luckily enough, they didn’t change the email and only changed the password, what luck! Some time later I made my main account, which has all my friends, gadgets and ROBLOX gizmos on it. I finally got back into the mood of playing the game because a lot had changed. Including me; I was no longer stupid enough to make my account more secure and to get it back if and when I lose it and I don’t fall for any scams anymore and I spend my Robux when I really need to! I apologize for the extremely long story and comment, but I felt like it was needed since I spent all my childhood on one game: ROBLOX. I’d like to sincerely thank Elemental for making this video, because it brought back some really good memories of ROBLOX. Thank you, Elemental! ❤
I remember playing Roblox back in 2016, but my main era of Roblox has to be 2018. My best friend, Joshua, we played Roblox every day, all day. He’s been my friend since kindergarten, and at the time in 2018 and 2017 he was in my 2nd grade class and we sat next to each other and he showed me a game that I never thought I would love so much… and 2019 wasn’t the end… I still had another friend in which I played Fortnite and Roblox and also Minecraft with him. We are still friends and still play the same games. Same with joshua, but we hardly talk anymore. We are still friends, but just don’t talk. And 2020 wasn’t the end either. I had another friend that I don’t talk to anymore and we played so much games together. Now I hardly play Roblox anymore. The good old days 😔
This is enough to make me cry. When I was young I played a lot of games and make some friends in the Roblox community but I will always remember the old times where we play and communicate.
2017 is definitely a year that holds a place in my heart, I made my first roblox account, Fortnite was in its prime (hot take), and Minecraft was definitely in its prime, but thank you to each and every game dev working on those games, I would hold that appreciation like a medal of honor
Me who has played roblox since 2014 and was a guest for a while didn’t know how much this game would impact my life. So many good memories of me and my friends staying up until 2am making pizzas and surviving tornadoes. Thank you roblox.

The Apoc footage made me revisit a lot of channels I used to watch and the game itself. I remember sitting for hours grinding for loot, but had to move on from the game due to the hacker problems. I then bounced around the platform, with Natural Disaster Survival, Jailbreak 2 years later, Work at a pizza place, prison life and many other games entering my roster. It was so cool seeing the platform grow and evolve when I was young, and discovering a lot of the classics now. While newer roblox in terms of quality and the tools available in roblox studio is leagues better than the roblox I first started with, 2015, it definitely lost that community cohesion with the company and users. No egg hunts, hallow's eve etc, more stagnant front page and other things that reflect how corporate the company is. I was never one of those people saying roblox has gone downhill, but I think nowadays the statement is more true. Roblox has always been very corporate, but recently with the death of community related things and the staleness of the front page due to how terrible roblox' recommendation system is, the platform just feels colder than before. I'll continue playing probably, but I probably won't play every day like I used to when i was young and only stick to games like Tower Defence Simulator which I've been playing a lot because of my disagreements with roblox' direction and also because frankly I've grown out of a lot of the games the newer generation of players are into. I'll miss the days of me coming back from school, hopping on Apocalyse Rising and spending hours grinding for loot but I'm glad I made the memories I did. Hopefully the new generation of roblox players can form their own memories and cherish the fun they have, and be able to tell similar stories when they grow up.
yall probably won't read this but i'm just making it to put my thoughts out there. when i was a kid, roblox was literally the only game i ever wanted to play when i first discovered it. i might've been watching youtube, or some friends told me about it. honestly, it's like all the roblox youtubers have died down apart from flamingo nowadays. people have either quit, or viewers have turned their attention to different social medias like tiktok. what made roblox so fun was the variety of different games to play and the fact they could be so simple yet so entertaining. while i loved the more detailed games, "detailed games" today are remakes of the real world itself. its almost as if roblox has a kill to thrive to become more advanced and interactive- like i'm starting to hate the new updates. roblox was literally made to be a lego game. i remember my favorite games to play were robloxian high school and any tycoon or RP game. i like to look back on these games, but half the time i cant even find them anymore because theyre abandoned. mostly any game on roblox is a remake of another, which makes it nearly impossible to find the real game. there's not much variety anymore. and yall saying it's not the game who changed but the people, roblox has added multiple advances in the studio & avatar- this encourages people to want to change! i understand the amount of effort put into all the modern games on roblox, but they just don't hit the same as the og ones did. im not really mad though, i really cant be. im lucky to have been able to experience the 2016-2019 era of roblox. i wish i could've taken it slower, i never thought Roblox would have gotten to the point it is now. i wish i could go back, and everybody could, just to see that time in old roblox once again. down to the avatars, the games, the content made on the game, & the people themself, roblox was a much funner experience back then. i could definitely say that era of roblox was the best. it's crazy to think it was 7 years ago though. overall, i just want to thank roblox for the memories it has given me to look back on. this game was my childhood. in my opinion one of the best games was created in 2006, even if it has now improved beyond its main point. i think roblox should really make it so on april fools day, we go back to some specific time in roblox. the nostalgia really kills me.
Was lucky enough to join in late of 2012, the supposed last golden year of Roblox. I still remember the first game I ever played, Build to Survive the Zombies! The music is iconic and brings me back to how I felt as a kid when playing this game. To say how much Roblox has changed in the past decade would be a massive understatement. A lot has changed, for better or worse, but the memories I encapsulated on here won't be subsided. If only I knew back then how much that time playing would mean to me.

Even if I have only been playing Roblox for more than 4.5 years, I have a lot of nostalgia. I was only able to see guests for a couple months before they were removed. I also remember playing games such as roblox high school, the old roblox login screen with the rollercoaster, builders club, back then there was a statue in natural disaster survival, and back when games were actually fun and not just some grind for hours and ptw simulators or tycoons. I unfortunately joined more than a year too late to see tix.
Speaking of tix, there’s Tix Factory Tycoon. I used to play it so much during 2017-2019 and I made so many memories. And then there was the revamp, which ruined the whole vibe of the game. I wish the devs could just bring back the old game so I could relive it, but I don’t think the devs are willing to.

you can though... Super Nostalgia Zone, RetroBlox/RetroStudio, etc. there are many accurate old roblox games. and there might actually be some places where you can play the original client I guess. (If you had actually brung back old roblox that would actually be kind of bad concidering it being probably permanent and the outdated graphics and a lot more)

Roblox was my childhood I was in 4th grade when I started playing, I'm ending 8th grade now. It's been a journey, It gave me imagination, happiness, friends. It taught me how its sometimes better to let go of some people how sometimes it isn't a good idea to trust strangers. It taught me so much. I'll miss those days. I'll miss it. I know I can never go back, I wish I could but it's over and I'm thankful that it happend.

The year 2017 will always have a special place in my heart. It was the year I made my first permanent ROBLOX account, and when I moved from my dad’s phone to our old home computer. Can’t believe logging onto ROBLOX everyday and playing Epic Minigames and Prison Life is already 5 years ago. The social structure of ROBLOX has shifted entirely now, and I’m still trying to adapt from what I was used to the last time I used to play a lot in 2020, but ROBLOX will forever have a special place in my heart.

Started 2009 when I finally made a permanent account in 2011. It was banned in 2018 and I quit roblox for like 2 years until 2021 when I made a new account finally.
The years of 2016-2019 was my era for me. Those were the years that I had experienced the most out of Roblox. I didn’t worry about anything else about the game. I simply played it. As Roblox gained popularity over 2020, it brought more people to the playerbase. Unfortunately this caused our community to change. It wasn’t the same anymore. Simultaneously, Roblox would proceed to change their game, ultimately forgetting about our meaningful gems that we valued on the platform. Roblox isn’t the same anymore. But let’s be thankful we had experienced the true side of Roblox.

It was a fantastic moment for almost everyone here. The community was all kind, all the games are perfect if you’re alone, and it fit perfectly on iPads. Roleplaying games were so simple, like Roblox High School, or The Neighborhood of Robloxia.
What really ran it the most was the guests and more importantly, the old music like Twentyone Pilots or the older ones.
Ah yes. Classic games like Natural Disaster, Jailbreak or The Normal Elevator really hit at those times.
Now it’s just avatars, TikToks and Roblox becoming greedy. If only, we can turn back time, and let this generation learn how we did it.

I can recall August of 2012 was when I created my first account. My older sibling created the account and I was immediately phased by it. I spent every afternoon just on Roblox. I more notably remember the game where you built to survive zombies. I lost my account in 2014 and had no feasible option of recovering it. I made another account that day, then forgot about it. Until a few months ago, July, I remembered the username of the account. Conveniently, I have been using the same password for years so I was able to login. When I logged into the account I felt some weird sense of dread. All my memories were just there, how I left them. I owned 1 limited item and all my game progress was intact. Before, I kept searching for that feeling of excitement to experience it again. After finding my old account, I guess I feel pretty satisfied.
Roblox journey: I want to raise my hidden voice on roblox.
I started roblox 2016. When roblox was hitting the market and sky rocketing and I call it the, great journey. I played both fortnite and roblox during that period since I got one of the fresh xbox one. Let me tell you from my own heart, 2016 was my golden year for roblox, when create tools and old times were starting to mix and 2016 was in the middle of it, both old and new. The most loved game that time was natural disaster, I didn’t care about getting the most wins or getting the top lead, I just loved when the building was breaking and finding your way out, and I don’t remember much from 2016 but I also played slender which was sky rocketing and lots of players filled the lobby. I loved 2016. Then 2017 came around the corner, and I was pretty much still playing few other games like fortnite and some racing games and time was pretty much good but things started to change slowly here. The games got really harder from before and toxic community started coming out, people started to spend little by little robux on stupid outfit and few games started to come down. (I didn’t play much since fortnite was BOOMING like hell and all my friends would talk about it, so fortnite kind of won this year for me) then 2018 came along and I was still on fortnite( I call this period, down the line). Around middle of june, we were shifting somewhere and I had no idea. (I didn’t carry my xbox and left my first roblox acount there itself) and before I shifted, I knew that I won’t be able to play for a long time. We shifted I got sad because I left my xbox with all of my favourite games like Minecraft .Around 2019, somewhere near march of April I made a new roblox account to play on (I tried a huge number of times to download fortnite and I only played it’s chapter 2 and then apple banned fornite and it was gone again). I was hooked to shark game where we have to get money to buy better boats to run away from shark (I also played jailbreak but I liked to play the shark game more) I played it around 2020 and covid came along and I wanted robux so much that I filled the scams for robux. I didn’t value the account much as long as I get robux. Just shortly few days after I was not able to get my acc back, It was sad since I was playing PTFS with some new gold friends I made on roblox. I didn’t play roblox for few days and I started to think to start a new acc. I did start a new one and a fresh start on roblox and I think around that period my online classes were at full swing. During evenings I was grinding so I can be the same level my old acc was. I didn’t play fortnite and much other games since my xbox was left on the pervious place and it was collecting dust with my golden memories in it. And my potato pc was not able to run cool games on it and I was only playing roblox til 2020- 2021 Jan. In starting 2021, I tried download fortnite on my potato pc and it worked! After so long it worked but the pain was not over. The freaking graphics were REALLY BAD, like alot bad and I was playing on 18 resolution so I can just enjoy fornite again. I played it for sometime till march and I didn’t quit but just left it. I as usually, played roblox again and I would visit fortnite every season or so. (This stage I call it the fall of roblox) Things were getting really bad in roblox, like really bad, people like were protesting against admins, the slenders and the stupid people were on huge scale on it, and toxic community was on the rise, roblox was not doing ANYTHING to stop slenders since they are paying alot of money on there stupid costume. I really quitted roblox and I was stuck, roblox has changed really a alot from 2016. I am bored and covid went along, pretty much it kind of killed my love for playing and enjoying games, almost edge of it. Around November something really really and really cool happened. I was able to GET MY XBOX BACK! I didn’t care weather it was still a old one, it can run my favourite games? Then I am happy with it. I got my xbox and started setting it up, it needed some cleaning so I took every dust was there on it and I can’t believe it with my own eyes, IT STARTED TO WORK! And it was running everything super fine like it was before, I went to games and I didn’t know where to start from! Yes, I didn’t know where to start from and I kept thinking that and I got really scared, I didn’t know were to start from, I remembered, roblox account, so I went there so I can see my last account and I went there only to know I won’t play any game, I knowing that I closed it. I came back and started the system so I can play some cool racing games and I got bored, I was playing FM5 which came in 2014 (I got it in 2017) and there was 0 online players to play with I just played the offline one and started to miss when they had players in it. I didn’t play much but I did remembers to install fortnite and I was so happy, no need of xbox live to play online for fortnite. And I played it till end of2021 and still playing it now since I didn’t buy much games but I will soon buy the game-pass and I could play cool games like FH5. So pretty much I quitted roblox and moved on to fortnite and others games. Just few days before new year I recovered my old roblox acc from 2019 and I just sent messages to friends that I am alive(most of them quitted after a long time since it was been 3-2 years). I just played with old friends for few days and quitted again. I played fortnite and other cool games but yeah. I didn’t quit as much but I just go to my account every few days so I can check up on my old friends and saved games were I used to play alot from 2019. It is 2022 and I am having a really cool time with xbox and new games. Roblox gave up on me and I never spend any robux on it. I was done with it. Thank you :D

As someone who has played since 2014, it makes me incredibly sad to see what roblox has gone through over the years. Yes, I am happy about UGC and all of the amazing content it has brought except for some of it, of course. I remember that the first game I ever played was the stalker reborne, and it still to this day is the best game I have ever played on roblox. Mad paintball, and a few others were also my favorites, but I wish that I could go back to when those games were alive. I remember asking my parents to buy me robux every time I wanted an item, gamepass, or cool hat I saw. I remember making the greatest of friends. I remember the times when I would get mad over a game, then forget what happened the next day. I remember when I would wait every day after school for my friends to play, and just act stupid and have tons of fun. Now that you think about it, the roblox games these days have more quality and time put into them, but it doesn't have that "roblox" feel to it. It really just feels boring half the time I ever play roblox anymore. It really just bugs me that now everything on roblox is just bland, and gets boring over a short time. I still look back on some of the games I used to play every now and then, and the awesome time I had. I truly do miss 2014-2018. Thank you roblox for the amazing memories you have given me during my childhood, and for the rest of you like me, I hope you have a good time as well.
I’m glad someone here can relate with me. 2014 was definitely one of the greatest times for roblox and most definitely for me. Even though I couldn’t wrap two brain cells together to understand anything, 2014 and 2015 me certainly enjoyed life. The things I would do to experience these moments one last time… man.

The real problem with roblox is that all the new games are just anime, simulators or roleplays. I remember when I hoped on the front page and i would find new original good games. Some were low effort but still they had fun gameplay. I miss these games so much and i dont think it is only the nostalgia

I think 2011-2014 had some super nostalgic stuff that got left out here, that was the main era of “Personal Servers” which I think was one of the best features added to the game that sadly isn’t around anymore.

Hopping between games, no toxicity, and guests. Such simple times we wish we could turn back to. but we cant go back, thats the most painful part. As a 2008 kid, 2016 is my favorite year, I was so genuinely innocent and happy.
The sadness of years long gone is overwhelming.
The rollercoasters, the obbies, the tycoons, the ramps, all the roblox games I played with my sister, it's hard to imagine nothing will ever be the same.
I started my Roblox account in 2016, I think this year was the most rewarding of my entire journey on Roblox, I made several friends during the games I played, I remember that my friends and I would stay up all night playing, I stopped in 2018, and I recently decided to log into my account after 5 years and it really hurt to see those friends of mine offline for 5 or 6 years, I remember each one of them and it was a flashback of moments I spent with them. It's sad to think that we can never go back to the past, but I'm happy to have lived through those moments.

I remember how epic Roblox was back during the 2010s, back then you can dress up however you want and nobody would judge you, all you would do is make friends and have fun. No toxicity, no Rthros and no UGC items at all. It was a really peaceful time and I'm glad I got to experience it.

I forgot what year I started playing roblox, but it was life changing. So many fun experiences to be had in a single place. Everyday was like a new adventure. Plus there were the annual egg hunts which were unfortunatley cancelled. I miss the good old days. Kids these days don't understand the real values of the game. Hell even Roblox forgot the values of their own game. It was made to fuel imagination but now it's anything but that. With people constantly bullying you and making you feel unwelcomed into the community. I just wish we can go back and relive the good days, before everything went to hell. But that is just a wish. There is nothing the older community can do to change the way roblox runs it's game. We had a good run but now I guess that run has ended. I would say more but there is no point in continuing this ramble. As we get older the playerbase gets younger. We should at least try to teach the kids how the game is meant to be played instead of us being shamed for being ourselves.

Roblox has served as a foundation for my childhood. When I look back in time I see all of my memories in roblox. It was and still is a huge part of my life. Playing roblox takes me to a whole new reality. My parents try taking roblox away from me saying that it’s for little kids and I should focus on trying new things that I might like, even though they are right, I will never forget roblox. I remember the memories in field of battle with my sister. E used to fly all the time with our flying swords. I remember the fun she and I had when we played dance off and laughed the whole time. The days where I would spend hours in fashion famous and I would literally stay up all night just to play it. The times in meepcity when we started a family. Mocap animations when we competed with others on the huge stage, thinking about our future. I remember the time when my parents asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I would always say I would be a queen, although I spelled it as “quween” lol. That was 5 years ago. From 2017 to 2022. I will never forget all the memories I created.

I had a couple accounts before I finally made my one permanent one in early 2013. I was 11 at the time, and I turned 20 years old in 2022. I can still remember just how drastically different Roblox was then compared to how it is now. My most special memory had to have been the game Star Wars: Reborn (SWR) - it was hugely successful when it came out, and it was on the front page for quite a while. Back then I'd spent almost every single day playing that game, roleplaying with the dozens of other regulars who loved Star Wars, many of which I still remember. I co-led [one of] the biggest groups associated with the game at the time; and even now, years after the game died and the people I knew retired from Roblox too, this game will forever have a place in my heart. And, to the friends I made at the time, I'll always remember you when I look back-Behe, Niko, AJ; and more, and more, I hope you're all doing well wherever you are now :)

Long time ago i was going on a trip with my family and we were staying at a hotel. It almost past midnight and being little old me i decided to grab the family laptop to start playing stuff while my parents were asleep, while finding games to play i remembered a cool blocky game that my favorite youtuber Dantdm was playing at the time called Roblox. So i went to the sign up page and made an account to play my first ever roblox game, natrual disasters survival.
Little did i khow that what i just did would create some of my fondest childhood memories for years to come.

Today, I decided to look back at my old Roblox games I made. And they were only made like a year ago and it still REALLY hit hard. I remember when people would actually play it, and before I would stop working on the game and just abandon it. Coming back just only a year shows that it does not take that long for something to become nostalgic. The thought of walking through a game that was just abandond and left on a Halloween update from a year ago that was that was ready to be released never came. And to this very day, it is still left on that Halloween update.
I was a little late when I first joined Roblox back in 2014. But when I did, it was the best most fun time I've ever had. Even just hearing old sound effects whenever you use an item you had in a game is more than enough to bring me such a strong feeling of nostalgia. Seeing this video, reading all the comments, makes me happy to know a lot of us shared the same happiness 🙏

The amount of emotions and nostalgia one game can bring is insane. I started playing this game when I was 7 and now I've started highschool. It's safe to say this game, no matter how sad it sounds, really is a big part of my life and my life would be hugely different if it wasn't. I played this game every single day for 4 years, every single day, and I've been playing for almost 6 years. Almost every good memory I have ends with me coming home and playing Roblox. The game taught me to treasure small things because they create the most memories.

I remember being so young staying up till sunrise on the weekends playing non-stop work at pizza place, natural disasters, and the paintball game with all my friends. Truly fun times. Life was so free and happy vibes during then. It’s sad we can’t go back and relive all of those exciting times, but all that matters is we all made amazing memories while playing it. Made my account in around 2011 or 2012 with my friend. Played almost every day up until around 2015 and played a bit until 2018. My childhood was made on this game and it’s sad to see how I’ve completely moved on from it and everything else from that time. I won’t forget how many memories were made on it.
2016 was always and is still my favorite year of Roblox, so many people who just played to have fun, other people would watch RUclipsrs play roblox, you could actually join a game without being insulted. The honest truth is, the more we talk about it, the sadder we get. It hurts to agree on this, but the old days are never coming back again. You used to be a child, life was much simpler, you had nothing to do. The only 2 main places that existed in your world back then were school and home. Go to school in the morning, come back in the afternoon, go to your room, open up your console/PC, open MW2, start a match, enjoy your day. Sadly as you get older, life gets harder. You should probably make use of what games you play now, as later on in your life, you might literally quit games even if you have made a commitment that you never will. I know every one of us wants to go back. I doubt you're a kid reading this (you're probably grown up now) but if you are actually a kid, please remember to enjoy your time now as it won't be coming back and life will get more stressful.
I joined Roblox in May 2010, and the first thing I remember is knowing how to use the 'Safechat' that Roblox had provided optionally to new and existing players, and also the 'Happy Robloxia Home' sandbox creations with the massive dirt hill in the distance ! I then created an alternative (no idea why) in February 2011, such games I can vividly remember from that time were Town of Robloxia, The Complex, Riding a Cart, and the long obby games too, and if you were an OBC (Outrageous Builders Club) back in the days, you were considered as 'luxurious' regarding the advantages that it could bring.
As I look at Roblox today, I feel this sense of pity for those who join it today cause they'll never have the experience to walk around as a Guest saying "Do you wanna be my friend?" and know what Tix was, I stopped playing regularly around late 2017 considerably but I always take on the good times that I'll always cherish.

But look where we’ve gotten, old Roblox was way better we didn’t have slender‘s, or copy and paste, or odors, old Roblox was such a better experience and I hope Roblox can reconsider their game. A year when I started playing ROBLOX as a guest, and now I have too many accounts to count!
Playing games like Survive and Kill The Killers (in Area 51), Prison Life and more, which were at their prime, at the time.
I started playing on my oldest tablet to date (it wasn’t even an iPad LOL), and then I discovered RUclips, which led me to discover ROBLOX, which later made me discover the game itself.
I’m still a bit sad that I wasn’t smart enough then to make an actual account, but I just clicked the biggest button on my screen, which was to sigh in as a guest. I couldn’t do anything but walk and jump in-game, but I was happy playing! Then I, somehow, dropped the game.
I came back to it in 2016, and made an account, which I later lost because I didn’t put an email on it to reset the password IF I ever lost it. Although, a couple days later, in August (which is when I made the accounts in 2016), I made an account WITH an email on it, which I later recovered in early-mid 2021. I’m glad I have at least one old account which I can claim to my mine!
Fast forward to 2018, I made yet another account. But this time I was using it on my dad’s computer, which brought me to a lot of new games and such. Sadly, I fell for one of the Robux scams and lost the account, I wasn’t really going to use it anyway, but I ended up bawling my eyes out with tears (i cried A LOT).
Then I moved to Europe in 2019, to live with my grandparents. Surely, I didn’t make another account before leaving, right? Well, I did anyway. Long story short, for this account, I thought I got scammed out of a friend asking me to switch our accounts, but luckily enough, they didn’t change the email and only changed the password, what luck!
Some time later I made my main account, which has all my friends, gadgets and ROBLOX gizmos on it. I finally got back into the mood of playing the game because a lot had changed. Including me; I was no longer stupid enough to make my account more secure and to get it back if and when I lose it and I don’t fall for any scams anymore and I spend my Robux when I really need to!
I apologize for the extremely long story and comment, but I felt like it was needed since I spent all my childhood on one game: ROBLOX. I’d like to sincerely thank Elemental for making this video, because it brought back some really good memories of ROBLOX. Thank you, Elemental! ❤
I remember playing Roblox back in 2016, but my main era of Roblox has to be 2018. My best friend, Joshua, we played Roblox every day, all day. He’s been my friend since kindergarten, and at the time in 2018 and 2017 he was in my 2nd grade class and we sat next to each other and he showed me a game that I never thought I would love so much… and 2019 wasn’t the end… I still had another friend in which I played Fortnite and Roblox and also Minecraft with him. We are still friends and still play the same games. Same with joshua, but we hardly talk anymore. We are still friends, but just don’t talk. And 2020 wasn’t the end either. I had another friend that I don’t talk to anymore and we played so much games together. Now I hardly play Roblox anymore. The good old days 😔

It’s nice to see people relate to me, and I’m glad we all had the opportunity to explore the amazing games and experiences together. I get a little emotional the topic of Roblox gets brought up. Thank you to all my friends, people I’ve met in game, developers and youtubers for all the fun memories.
I can't believe they don't care about the gameplay, they care about dressing up like crazy and taking video on tiktok and bully free people and sarcasm. I miss old roblox so much
The Apoc footage made me revisit a lot of channels I used to watch and the game itself. I remember sitting for hours grinding for loot, but had to move on from the game due to the hacker problems. I then bounced around the platform, with Natural Disaster Survival, Jailbreak 2 years later, Work at a pizza place, prison life and many other games entering my roster. It was so cool seeing the platform grow and evolve when I was young, and discovering a lot of the classics now.
While newer roblox in terms of quality and the tools available in roblox studio is leagues better than the roblox I first started with, 2015, it definitely lost that community cohesion with the company and users. No egg hunts, hallow's eve etc, more stagnant front page and other things that reflect how corporate the company is. I was never one of those people saying roblox has gone downhill, but I think nowadays the statement is more true. Roblox has always been very corporate, but recently with the death of community related things and the staleness of the front page due to how terrible roblox' recommendation system is, the platform just feels colder than before. I'll continue playing probably, but I probably won't play every day like I used to when i was young and only stick to games like Tower Defence Simulator which I've been playing a lot because of my disagreements with roblox' direction and also because frankly I've grown out of a lot of the games the newer generation of players are into.
I'll miss the days of me coming back from school, hopping on Apocalyse Rising and spending hours grinding for loot but I'm glad I made the memories I did. Hopefully the new generation of roblox players can form their own memories and cherish the fun they have, and be able to tell similar stories when they grow up.
yall probably won't read this but i'm just making it to put my thoughts out there.
when i was a kid, roblox was literally the only game i ever wanted to play when i first discovered it. i might've been watching youtube, or some friends told me about it. honestly, it's like all the roblox youtubers have died down apart from flamingo nowadays. people have either quit, or viewers have turned their attention to different social medias like tiktok. what made roblox so fun was the variety of different games to play and the fact they could be so simple yet so entertaining. while i loved the more detailed games, "detailed games" today are remakes of the real world itself. its almost as if roblox has a kill to thrive to become more advanced and interactive- like i'm starting to hate the new updates. roblox was literally made to be a lego game. i remember my favorite games to play were robloxian high school and any tycoon or RP game. i like to look back on these games, but half the time i cant even find them anymore because theyre abandoned. mostly any game on roblox is a remake of another, which makes it nearly impossible to find the real game. there's not much variety anymore. and yall saying it's not the game who changed but the people, roblox has added multiple advances in the studio & avatar- this encourages people to want to change! i understand the amount of effort put into all the modern games on roblox, but they just don't hit the same as the og ones did. im not really mad though, i really cant be. im lucky to have been able to experience the 2016-2019 era of roblox. i wish i could've taken it slower, i never thought Roblox would have gotten to the point it is now. i wish i could go back, and everybody could, just to see that time in old roblox once again. down to the avatars, the games, the content made on the game, & the people themself, roblox was a much funner experience back then. i could definitely say that era of roblox was the best. it's crazy to think it was 7 years ago though.
overall, i just want to thank roblox for the memories it has given me to look back on. this game was my childhood. in my opinion one of the best games was created in 2006, even if it has now improved beyond its main point. i think roblox should really make it so on april fools day, we go back to some specific time in roblox. the nostalgia really kills me.
Was lucky enough to join in late of 2012, the supposed last golden year of Roblox. I still remember the first game I ever played, Build to Survive the Zombies! The music is iconic and brings me back to how I felt as a kid when playing this game. To say how much Roblox has changed in the past decade would be a massive understatement. A lot has changed, for better or worse, but the memories I encapsulated on here won't be subsided. If only I knew back then how much that time playing would mean to me.
I miss it, i remember spending hours and literally failing online school during pandemic just to play with friends and develop games. I miss everything including you reading this becuase you werent like todays generation. We must move on though sadly and soon ill have a whole job rather than playing roblox all day. ❤
even though some people hate roblox nowadays, we can admit that even the ones who hated the game enjoyed playing it at a certain point in time. everyone loved roblox, its not the same

This brings back so many memories..
the fact that it shows how its already 2 years ago, that this masterpiece was created. it shows how time flies. every year feels faster, and faster, and faster. it's like we can't slow down. everything could be ruined. i joined on another account in 2017. then i went to my newer account in 2019. i miss the times...
Even if I have only been playing Roblox for more than 4.5 years, I have a lot of nostalgia. I was only able to see guests for a couple months before they were removed. I also remember playing games such as roblox high school, the old roblox login screen with the rollercoaster, builders club, back then there was a statue in natural disaster survival, and back when games were actually fun and not just some grind for hours and ptw simulators or tycoons. I unfortunately joined more than a year too late to see tix.
Speaking of tix, there’s Tix Factory Tycoon. I used to play it so much during 2017-2019 and I made so many memories. And then there was the revamp, which ruined the whole vibe of the game. I wish the devs could just bring back the old game so I could relive it, but I don’t think the devs are willing to.

you can though... Super Nostalgia Zone, RetroBlox/RetroStudio, etc. there are many accurate old roblox games. and there might actually be some places where you can play the original client I guess. (If you had actually brung back old roblox that would actually be kind of bad concidering it being probably permanent and the outdated graphics and a lot more)
