that dial is just excellent!
I have the reverse panda and I love it. I just wish Tissot made a strap for it too. The waffle green dial doesn't go with the elegant contours of the watch.
I do like the panda dial quite a bit but honestly the waffle is something I'm very partial for.
Now this has caught my interest...

maybe a bit big and expensive compared to many other PRXs, but I think its really cool!

I was wondering what you meant by the chronograph is more serviceable compared to the powermatic 80. I was under the impression that standard powermatic 80 is still serviceable from Tissot?
P80 is serviceable from Tissot as they'll simply replace a major chunk of the movement it as it has plastic parts. The Valjoux in the chrono doesn't have any plastic fittings hence getting the movement tweaked can be done by any experienced watchmaker.
As another commenter pointed out large parts of the movement are thrown away and in some cases a whole new movement is used. the watch is still serviceable but the movement on this watch is less disposable in comparison.

C'mon. What is it with you guys and 38, 39mm watches. It's 2024. It's not 1970s and 80s anymore. 42, 41 is more than fine for today's chronos.
