1981 Fleer Nolan Ryan, "That's pretty later on in his career." He pitched another 13 seasons! 🤣
🤣🤣🤣
ozzie smith and johnny bench are also good cards
Very nice find with all of those Boggs, Sandberg, and Gwynn rookies.
I honestly didn’t know exactly what i was looking for just those guys rookie cards 🤣 I actually sent some of them in to get graded and just waiting to get them back!!! Thanks for the comment 🥹
Great find. I was a little sad you busted up that 1981 Fleer complete set by pulling the Ryan and Henderson cards out!😄I like to build/ buy complete sets when I can find them, and it drives me crazy when I’m missing a card or two.
I appreciate you for commenting 🥹 I was honestly just looking for the best rookies since im not a baseball guy 🫣 But i ended up only keeping the tony Gwynn and wade boggs rookies which i recently sent out for grading
@@Robadobflob22, they were your cards first! Viewers who gave you grief in the comments need to remember. You get to do whatever you want with them first.👍
I love that!!! I really appreciate this my man 🥹
Cool find. Free! Nice video, subscribed. Weird that the guy cared enough to keep those cards in nice condition, but not enough to take them.
I appreciate you good sir!!! Honestly it was a rich guy who just had this house for storage and just didn’t care enough to take most of his things including the cards 😂
Any Nolan Ryans in good shape are worth pulling out!
I would love to add those cards to my collection. ❤
PSA 10 Tony Gwynn Rookies in Topps going for #3,150.00
Im hoping i'm able to get at least one of them to come back in high grade 🤞🏽
Man you’re lucky I would love to find free cards like that. 83 was a great year for baseball cards. Even the major star cards are are worth like $5 or so and the 3 major rookies are at least $15 and that’s raw card prices. Get them graded and values go up exponentially.
I honesty thought there wasn’t going to be anything but for sure going to get some of them graded and hope they come back with decent grades!!!
Sandberg was a good t.v. of 1983 as well
I think there were a couple of sandbergs in the lot… I didn’t keep any of them but thanks for the comment 🥹
That's the second year Ozzie Smith
Yeah I thought it was a rookie for some reason but checked and it wasn’t
Those 1991-92 Pro Set boxes are worth more sealed than anything you’ll pull out of them. Just buy the Hasek and Lidstrom rookies for $1 each.
I learned that the hard way after opening all the boxes I found… 🤣
Wow, what a find. Congrats on all the rookies. What are you going to do w/ all the early 80's commons?
Thank you my friend 😌 I actually already offloaded all the cards I wasn't going to keep in Facebook marketplace 🤣
Bro if you look up the top 25 cards for 1983 baseball .? They are all worth getting graded and sold for a nice profit? You scored nice and they seem like there were in great shape? I'm so happy u found them instead of them getting trashed.
For sure if I hadn’t worked where I was that week they would if ended up in the trash 😨 Definitely glad I found them 🥹
George Brett, Ryan Sanberg,Nolan Ryan,Ricky Henderson are also very valuable in PSA 10 condition.
I did pull out some Ryan sandbergs so I hope those also come back in good grades as well!!
No Ryan
No Ryan Sandberg
It's RYNE (rhymes with mine)
Ozzie smith johnny bench all kinds of hof u passed on
My baseball knowledge is the lowest of the low sadly i passed a bunch of cards 😭
That 1980 Topps Nolan Ryan you skipped over if in good shape is worth $20 or more.
But he was "later on in his career" in 1980...
Awesome score. Was really hoping you’d see a Rickey after all those great 83 rookies
Thats what i was hoping for, i had my hopes up cause of all the As cards but it is what it is
Heck yeah, for free? Awesome. The '83 are in excellent condition!
Thanks for the comment 🥹 Hoping to get some of them graded eventually!
@CardsNLife You're welcome! I would too
Nolan Ryan should be worth something
I ended up selling most of the cards with the exception of 6 which are at PSA right now 🫣 Thanks for the comment!!! 🥹
I think I saw him pass a few Sandbergs up anyone agree?
I probably passed on a bunch of stuff i had no clue what i was really looking at 🤣🤣 Thanks for the comment!!!
I love Ryan Sandberg 😂
Any chance you want to sell all the fleer, and donruss?
I honestly had sold off 99% of it a little after i uploaded the video. If i had it left i would 100% sell it to you but I don’t sadly…
You gotta pull all of those Rickey Henderson and Nolan Ryan Cards as well… they have value
Some of the Hendersons I left when I sold off to someone else 😬
U need to go through those bb again
Not going to lie i offloaded all the cards I wasn’t keeping to someone else 😭 I for sure left some cards in there but hopefully the other guy can find some good stuff too!!
Nolan Ryan's are good cards from the 83 Donruss,Fleer and Topps. Also decent RCs of Frank Viola and Willie McGee
Thanks for the comments!! Thats what most people were saying though that the Nolan Ryan’s were good cards, I didn’t realize he had such a long and fantastic career 🤣
Not just rookies there's other big names that can fetch up to $25 $30 a card raw like Nolan Ryan Andy van slyke like look for Hall of Fame players even there base cards still hold value cause people collect their favorite players.i know I do .
That's what I've been hearing, seems as though the years in this box were good years for baseball cards!!
Gooden rookie in 83 I believe….
Gooden does not have a 1983 card. He is in the 1984 Topps Traded set and the 1984 Fleer Update.
The 1990 score traded set at the end has a Frank Thomas rookie and a Eric Lindros card that used to be worth a few dollars
Thanks for the comment, I didn’t even know Eric lindros had a card in a baseball set 😨
I also say this guy is a novice, no care
Who? 🧐
Joke
Coke
81 is Ripken rookie year
Ripken's rookie card is in the 1982 set of all three major sets
Terrible video you care not of cardboard, just saying 😢
What does that even mean sir?
@@Robadobflob22 It means he handles the cards like crap and doesnt care if he damages corners or anything. Read my comment up top you will know what he means.
81 Fleer Valenzuela,Kirk Gibson, and Tim Raines RCs are good cards, Nolan Ryan is a $15-20 card as well
