This is definitely a style over substance kind of game, but this is one of the few times where I don't mind as much because that style is pretty dang strong. And the focus on environmental kills gives it a unique flavor. I also don't mind the motion control QTE's as it really gives you a feeling of connecting to the action more so than a typical QTE where you just press a random button for whatever.
YEE the style of this game has NO competition. Even now there's nothing like it after all this time n dem yea that makes it extremely timeless too. The qtes were pretty cool since you feel more involved in those Hype moments but oooooh man sometimes those qtes had NO leeway haha. Go check out madworld sgdq14 speedrun and thats how I looked sometimes tryna get those qtes done. Had to waggle like NO tomorrow but other than that its definitely gonna be one of those games you won't forget
Bro this one was such a great game limited in combo option but the finishers and the enviromental kills were awsome and fun also the asthetic of noir type comic was also very good, nice video
