  • 03/12/2024: Today's workout I am checking my form on heavy benchpress to see where I need to improve. After that I'm hitting close grip benchpress and guillotine presses to improve my tricep strength specific to bench press. Then I finish off with a couple tricep accessories and a couple forearm accessories to rebuild my elbows and strengthen my grip.

    Brother try rolling extensions on the floor with heavy ass dumbbells, they're probably what you need seeing how most of your struggle is at lockout. JM press is awesome too but it's harder to do

      Thanks brother, I appreciate the advice. I'll give them a try. I actually really enjoy JM press, they were going to go back into the rotation soon. The rolling dumbbel extensions will probably be great though, my left tricep gives me some grief after an injury years ago. I need to bring it up to match the right side. Tuesday is tricep day, I'll throw them into the program.
