Dark chocolate 55% is not available in my town shops... They have morde dark compound can i use that chocolate?? .. and how long I can store this brownies ?.

No they are correctly mentioned, it is easiest recipe.. please check yr baking setting and this batter is bit flowy , make sure use warm milk.. ..
