- A patch I created whilst working on my next album using the 2 AJH VCOs and the Wave Swarm into the Fixed Filter Bank 914. Some great choir-like timbres and drones can be had from this combination.

Every time I come here, I'm amazed by the quality of the sound and minimalistic compositions. Since 2016. Never stop composing music. And sharing it. Precious.
Thank you Jerome, I sincerely appreciate that. I'll continue so long as I have the means to make music, even if it's less often on RUclips.
I fully agree. Minimalistic but wonderful ...
Love it!
Thank you.
Amazing textures!
Thank you.
Your content is pretty amazing and should get more views, but there you go, it's hit and miss on this platform. Some people more attention than they deserve and vice-versa.
Thank you, I really appreciate that. It does all seem a bit fickle, but it seems it's all about ads and algorithms nowadays; clicks seem more important than content. Thanks for watching.
@@DreamsOfWires One thing though: it does seem like sometimes the algorithm is almost human in failing to notice even what it is looking for itself, as I've seen channels that seemed like they had everything it was looking for not get into the high numbers. I look at (too much) music theory, synth, and educational content and the "winning formula" doesn't seem so mysterious. Is it possible that the almighty algorithm hasn't boosted you just yet but could do so anytime? Anyway, worst case scenario, it's nice to do it for yourself and your friends I guess, also to archive what you're doing as a sort of portfolio. But yes, lots of work and dedication, I can understand.
Sorry for the late reply - for some reason RUclips hasn't been displaying comment replies until now.
I'm sure you're right about it missing stuff, as I can't see how such an automated process could be perfect, but I doubt I would fit into their ideas of what is marketable in the future: Partly because of the way I make videos - I won't resort to copying the same presentation styles or trends that the more popular channels often do, just to get more attention, it has this cookie-cutter effect on the 'content' that contradicts artistic individuality/diversity and quality. Also, because I won't support ads in my videos either.
Anyway, I did RUclips mostly to promote my music and hopefully create some opportunities for myself, and it's the reason I have my current job (thankfully), but I don't see myself investing much in it going forward. It's a shame, but it doesn't seem like such a good investment of time and money anymore.
@@DreamsOfWires My job isn't in music, but building a portfolio that I can include with my CV regardless of the success of the feed is what I want to do myself, so I was very interested reading that part of your story. I've seen job ads lately that actually require proof of the ability to build a following on social media. Even though the whole notion of achieving a following on social media is not exactly appealing, it's made me wonder whether to try. The portfolio-building approach is a logical thing in any case. May I ask what the job was by the way? Good luck with everything.
It's certainly worth trying, and there are at least a few platforms to try it on.
I'm working for the creators of this module now, making videos for their channel: ruclips.net/user/AJHSynthOfficialvideos
Thank you very much, and good luck to you too.
What are your thoughts on the wave swarm? I picked up the Apollo Commander and love it! I was truly torn on which one I wanted more.
I love it, especially awesome for creating string and vocal textures, thickening up leads and pad/drone sounds.
