I love these 100% runs. It is the sort of thing that you can just put on in the background when having a bath or eating your dinner or something. Big improvement on the last run too, it is hard to see where any major improvements can come from.
Well, despite it being an over 40 minute improvement, there's still a whole lot of things to do. First of all will be - not fail anything :D Just getting a run where no big mistakes (over 3 minutes of timeloss) happen, will probably result in 5:50 run or even lower. I still haven't rerouted industrial, which is also a big thing. But this very run was a very nice surprise. The only sad part is that it isn't as well commentated as previous run.
This is criminal that this run has so little views. Speedrunning GTA2 on Any% is one thing but 100% is HUGE. Having all the tags placement memorized and proper mission order is insane. Well done Tezur0!

That's just general residential bug, you can end up with something around 22-25 in this district due to counter glitching after certain missions, not sure why, maybe something with how fast you pick up next phone after previous mission ends.

For most consistent pc version - get gta 2 11.44 - this is fan patch, is the most consistent pc release aswell. Otherwise just play ps2 version on emu, it is running fairly smooth and doesn’t crash nearly at all.
Dude... was that really worthy to use the glitch with Wang Car Bonus to destroy quickly those police cars except for not reloading the game and use the invurnelability glitch and destroy those in the old fashion way by pissing off the police? Cause, I mean you used A LOT of time for collecting all of that. How many minutes did you saved this way? And one more thing, why during that collection of those cop cars you are so afraid of wanted level? Would they distroy something to you or what?
Yep, it was worth it. Big time. Getting 20 cars in a minute is EXTREMLY hard (one with electrogun is nearly impossible, I was never ever close to doing that, mostly because chain explosions don't count, only initial one). You would almost certainly spend more time doing attempts than actually doing anything useful. By doing whole wang car shenanigans I also collect some tokens on my way. If you had more time then this would surely be a good option, but timers in residential are actually extreme and likely weren't tested to begin with. Using 6th wanted level from Tank mission is also not an option, cause due to it being glitchy in this area, and after some time, if you leave tank and go away to do stuff, it just stops spawning landromers (which is the best cop cars to kill quick). There are few things that I do, but can ignore - stacking cars for land mines KFs (in both industrial and residential) - it is mostly to get past wanted levels 1-2 where cars spawn slowly and it can also glitch sometimes and you won't get any cars until wanted level 3. Also in industrial, there's a setup for molotov frenzy which can be skipped in individual run, but it is also pretty tight, so in full game I can't see skipping that setup.
And why I'm afraid of wanted level during placing cars for electrogun - they get aggroed, ram me and ruin how cars are placed, and they are placed that way to avoid chain explosions. Every time you get cars rammed, you gotta readjust them. Basically about electrogun frenzy - I've never seen anyone do it normally (atleast in pc version, on ps you need 10 cars or 5, and I think you also have more time, making it an absolute joke).

Нет. Если ты про неуязвимость (не помню есть ли она тут правда) то она сетапится в миссии Valdez alert и слетает при смерти (в машине / воде), перезагрузке или подборе паверапа на неуязвимость.

we didn't know of it back when this run was done (I think same goes for invuln glitch? not sure)
