My jaw literally dropped when you swapped the light in the donut lamp. So cool! *Immediately adds Hue light to cart* Thank you for sharing your tools! It's incredible how you consistently create such satisfying videos. Whenever I get a notification, I drop everything to watch. Keep up the amazing work!
your videos are just eye candy, it's amazing how all your shots are on point, the pacing is great and I thing you are just an amazing guy. thank you for inspiring me with your content
You’re the only RUclipsrs whose videos I sit and “watch” Others I just passively listen and look at the screen if they say something interesting. Yours are a visual treat
This video is such a perfect way to wrap up the year! At the beginning of this year, I watched your video and started modifying my two Ender 3 printers. Then, during Black Friday, I watched your video again and purchased the P1S and A1. Now, I’m incredibly happy using these two new machines - it’s been an absolutely perfect experience!
Thanks for the discount of the E1 Nex, I already ordered! Because of you and your Videos I started 3D-Printing and modeling - it definitely improved my life and my hobbies! Keep up the good work mate!
Maybe for next year you can revisit the products you've already reviewed and show us how they keep up in long term. Great video as always my man, keep it up!
How do you deliver more engaging, interesting, and brilliant videos each time? I use headphones while watching your videos, and the background music is energetic.
These auto retracting cable thingy for your desk is exactly what I've been trying to achieve recently, can't wait to discover your solution. Thanks for the great content !
Love the tip with the ikea donut lamp! This was the one thing that kept me from getting one and now put just made this exact same thing and am super happy
very nice desk setup. i like the simplicity. I just never liked the stand of the Apple monitor don't like how visible the cables are. Cant wait for the detailed video! :D
Outstanding channel. Your production values are outstanding and on-screen presence is very authentic. Should have many more subs. Wishing you a break out, life transforming 2025. ✌🏼
So i am currently designing stuff that solve this problem here 10:15 and it looks like you had the same idea ! Your videos are always an inspiration, Have great holidays Scott !
Ive been following you for not too long, but I've watched most of your popular videos and i can just say-dang. You are really good. also, i wish I knew more about the community before i got my ender 3 v2 cuz I should have saved up that extra 100 bucks for an a1
Regarding monitor, you can use your iphone with Monitor+ and a USB C cable. Iphone has a lot of battery, super bright and you always have it with you. That's why when I travel I don't always bring my fancy monitor and just carry my phone ;)
I have been looking for something that does exactly what you did with the cable at 10:14. Would you please share the STL file if it's a print, or a link to the product?
I want to know about this too. Been trying to find a nice solution that goes further than those retracting cable spools that require being in the middle of the cable.
Man, you are truly an inspiration for hard work. Your exceptional dedication, amazing solutions, and smooth videos are incredible. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
My first vid of yours I watched was the last one you made, and I love the quality! I saw you used to do woodworking and can't anymore since you moved downtown, but if you ever need a space with the tools to do anything wood related, I've got a little 1 car garage space over in west seattle I build out of that you could use on occasion if you wanted. I'm currently building up some cabinets so I can finally have some good storage and a spot to put my miter and table saws, as well as a miniatures painting desk. Just lmk!
I have a platform behind my desk with a speaker setup Desks generally aren’t very deep so that’s necessary in my eyes - especially with big speakers - and in that vein that’s also why I use monitor arms
What’s your take on the new Bambu firmware update? I pulled the trigger on a P1S a week ago, upgrading from an Ender 3, largely inspired by you, but now I feel like I need to return it :( I don’t want to own a product that can have its features rugpulled by the company
You can get a FX3 cage and still use the built in mic conector, most of FX3/FX30 cages are two separate pieces, you can use only the bottom/side part and leave the top free!
Top notch content as always, Scott! I don't usually comment on YT videos and this is an astronomically long shot you'll see this but I noticed we have the same chair and I recently got the same headrest as a gift from someone who didn't know it only fits an Aeron. Any tips on how you managed to put in onto your chair?
thank you, glad you're enjoying the content! oh man, making that headrest work with this chair was not easy.... I had to basically cut off a portion of the headrest with a hand saw to make it flat so it hooks on better. Then at one point i used a custom 3D print to try and clamp it but it just kept coming loose so in the end i drilled holes through the back plastic parts of the chair (yes, probably voiding warranty) and used some nuts and bolts to hold it together and that was much more successful. so it stays on very well now. good luck!
Get Synology to send you a 2nd 5 bay and have it do regular backups, as well as Raid the main one so 1 or 2 drives can fail without losing data. Other than that, just found your channel and you have a new sub. Top quality!
That’s a rotoed or lumakeyed comp shot! The 3D timelapse is all without Scott, then there’s a shot of him reaching in, and they’re composited together so he can look like he’s reaching in while it’s going.

Not the same but they look similar to the Elevation Lab Quick Draw cable managers.
