Dennis Prell with Uncommon USA shows off their telescoping flagpoles that can extend up to 20 feet. Great for cemeteries, funeral homes, schools, homes, and all kinds of businesses.
This and other innovations were showcased at the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) annual convention and expo.

After 10 years owning my 20 foot flagpole I moved to a new home. I just lifted the pole out followed the same directions installing in my new yard.proudly displaying in my new yard for years to come.

I bought one of their 25 footers about 9 yrs. ago. The pole seized up and I could not retract it. I sprayed a small amount of WD40 between the bottom section and middle section where it was seized up. I was finally able to free up the pole and when I did, the pole retracted so fast it broke a chunk off of the plastic ring that is between the bottom and middle sections, when the plastic piece broke, it struck me in the face slicing my nose open in three places. Only way to stop the bleeding was by using liquid stitch. I am thankful I did not get hit in the eye which I would have been blinded in that eye if I had. I will never buy one of these poles again.
Can you post a video on the HD series please. I'm very interested in purchasing one.

We have one of your residential flagpoles. I purchased a replacement solar light. Got the ball top off but can't get the adaptor to budge. Any tips?

what if we want one flag only.???.can u take off the hardware for the second flag??
You would want to keep the hardware for the second flag because those clips are also used for flying at half-staff when the pole is fully raised.

You would mount the flag on the lower clips and the flag would then be at half-staff when the pole is fully raised.

I think you can hoist up the pole halfway.
