How stunning. I LOVE the colours (blue is my absolute favourite colour), and I love the finished results, they are so smooth and with a natural shine, great stuff and thank you for sharing it with us. Take care, xx
Love these! That satiny finish is just yummy! Do you use a bench grinder with a buffing wheel or just go through all the grits? Thanks for another great tute!
Hi Deb! I thoroughly enjoy watching all of your tutorials. Since you have used Cernit trans and Premo clays, how long did you bake this stunning faux Larimar and at what temperature? Also, I have been searching for a similar heart mold since Yaroslavl is no selling on Etsy. Any ideas where I could find something comparable? What is the size of your heart mold? I hope you don’t mind my many questions? Thank you!
Thanks! Yes, when using both Cernit and Premo, bake at the higher temp, i.e 275 for Premo. Cernit can withstand the the slightly higher temp. You can’t bake it at the lower Cernit temp of 265, as that would mean the Premo wouldn’t fully cure. As for the heart molds, I have no other suggestions. Sorry.
Absolutely love this tutorial. Can’t wait to try. I was wondering what you are using to smooth the clay out before putting in the mold. It is at the 18.15 minute mark. Also where I would find one please.

I was watching and I thank you for trying to be safer. Deep, dark red does not look good in Larimar. :)

Have you ever used the dull side of the circle cutters???? I was wondering how that would appear????
Yes. It would bevel the edges.

It’s called a steel soap.
Love watching you! Would love to have you as a buddy to clay with!
Wish I had a clay buddy, too!
Lovely and my favourite colours 😊 If you have a light box that would shine through?
Just holding it up to the sun light, you can see through it.
@@clayboutique I was thinking for your tutorials 😊
I don’t have one…
These are beautiful! Have you made faux lapis lazuli? I would really like to see your technique 🙂👍🏼
Thanks. No, I haven’t
