Step 9. 4:02 Sprinkle oreo crumbs on the top of the shells. *Repeat without food coloring.** 320 degrees Fahrenheit, 5 minutes, then 266 degrees for 10 minutes
@Plz have 5,000 subscribers With 0 videos I changed it because I made the recipe and it burned when I put it in for 10 mins at 280 degrees Fahrenheit. Since then I’ve made the recipe countless times using 266 degrees and it works perfectly for me 🤷♀️

I made them from your recipe! they are very tasty, there was 12 macarons at the end. I was unsure about the quantity of ingredients but at the end there is just enough of them for afternoon desert with no waste

no, you still have to rest it for it to have a "film" around the cookie. the person touched the cookies before baking them to show how there's a film around it. (meaning it shouldn't stick to your finger.)

I've tried making macarons with this recipe 3 times now and I just succeeded on the 3rd! Really like this recipe as it has less sugar than others out there :) also, I succeeded after adding 1/8th tsp of cream of tartar, it really helped!

@@michelemargaret9504 the cream of tar tar really helps (trust me from my many adventures making swiss and ittalian meringue) it helps to stabilise the merguine helping prevent runny merguine. But the cause may have been over or under whipping the meringue. Hope this helps :)

Clashing with Thunder Understandable. But if people aren’t lazy, you receive a lot more gratitude in yourself when you make it yourself. Plus, it can come out a lot cheaper. Macarons where I live are 20 dollars for 20. And just one macaron by itself is 2 dollars.

マカロン生地材料
・アーモンドプードル 50g
・シュガーパウダー40g
・卵白 40g
・砂糖 40g
(ⅹ2)
→青いマカロンのみ青と黒の色素
クリーム材料
・卵黄 1個
・砂糖 10g
・牛乳 25g
・無塩バター 60g
・バニラビーンズペースト 1/8ts
・オレオクリーム 25g
・オレオ粉 5g
1.アーモンドプードル、シュガーパウダーをまぜ、2度ふるいにかけて準備する。(残った大きい粒子は使用せず捨てます。)
2.メレンゲを作る。卵白を大きな泡ができるまでホイップしたら、砂糖の半分を加えて低速で30秒間ホイップする。
残りの砂糖を加えてもう一度低速で30秒間ホイップする。
高速で固くホイップする。
(→白のマカロンはここまでで大丈夫です。)
青の食用色素を加えてもっとホイップする。
3.1の粉を加えて粉が見えなくなるまで混ぜる。混ざったら、ボールの壁に生地をつけて集めることを繰り返す(マカロナージュ)をします。生地につやが出てゆっくり落ちるくらいになったら絞り袋に入れる。
4.オーブンシートにしぼって室温で40分ほど乾燥させた後オレオ粉を砕いてのせ、160度に余熱したオーブンで5分、130度で10分ほど焼く。(焼く前に叩いて気泡を抜いておく)
5.サンドするクリームを作ります。まず卵黄と砂糖を白っぽくなるまで混ぜた後、牛乳を加えて混ぜる。
弱火にかけて少しとろっとするまで加熱したら冷やしてください。
6.室温に戻して柔らかくなったバターをクリーム状になるまでとき、冷やしておいた5をふるいにかけながら加える(省略可能)。
バニラビーンズペーストを加えよく混ぜたら、オレオクリームを加えてホイップする。その後、砕いたオレオ粉を加えてゴムベラでよく混ぜる。
7.6のクリームをマカロンにサンドする。
8.冷蔵庫で冷やす。

Imma be honest with I think too much work is put to make home made macarons, I much prefer buying it.
Clashing with Thunder Understandable. But if people aren’t lazy, you receive a lot more gratitude in yourself when you make it yourself. Plus, it can come out a lot cheaper. Macarons where I live are 20 dollars for 20. And just one macaron by itself is 2 dollars.
