    Great video. Using this method is really helpful for people with chronic fatigue but also people with executive dysfunction. I struggle with both and I find that having less steps is easier to process. Doing things in a non-typical way by removing barriers is so much easier.

      I try to make things as easy as possible for myself! And allow myself to leave behind the "normal" way of doing things.

    This makes me feel so less bad about doing this. I’m so glad I’m not the only fibro CFS genius who thought ‘dude, I’m not folding all this!’. But it’s so weird realizing I’m not a horrible lazy person, this is just what works for us!

    I hang or fold most of my clothes and wouldn't want to do it any other way. However I know several people who use a system like yours and it works wonderful for them. It's all about figuring out what works best for you.

    I’m going to try this. I have type 1 diabetes. I’m 69 and tired all the time. Hopefully this will work for me.

    I do the same. No hanging. It started when I could not keep up with my twins infant /toddler clothes so I said 2 bins for each. Boy tops n bottoms n girls. Then I started stuffing my sheets in its pillow case. Next thing you know my clothes are in bins. It's a awesome way to live.

    Hey Amy, what do you recommend for hats and gloves etc? This video was super helpful. Tysm!

    Most of my clothes I hang up cause it's easier for me to do instead of folding them way and then looking for them again haha. But I do like the idea of those little cubicals. Been love and binge watching your videos! 💜😊

      @@Aimee_Esther also maybe make a video of recommendation of type of clothes to wear for someone with chronic illness, cause it's so hard to wear certain clothes due to pain and sensitive

    The only laundry stuff I do is sort my parents clothes from mine and my sisters bc my parents are disabled so whatever bodily fluids are on theirs stays on theirs and mine and my sisters are our own messes. Then when everything is dried I can put it together and sort it then

    I have a question with all your auto immune diseases did your doctor recommends you not get vaccinated? I’m really confused about it ty

    • @Aimee_Esther
      @Aimee_Esther  2 года назад +1

      I did get vaccinated. Haven't got the booster yet, but it seemed fine for me. I just talked to my doctor about it. I believe in doing what you think is best for you. It's a good choice for some people, but not for others. I wish I had a an answer for you, but everyone is different. I'd discuss the pros and cons with your doctor, maybe multiple doctors for different opinions.
