    Ingredients:-
    For Masala
    1/4 cup cumin seeds( roasted)
    1/4 cup whole coriander ( roasted)
    1/4 cup black pepper ( roasted)
    6 to 7 dry red chilli ( roasted)
    1/4 cup mint powder
    2 tbsp salt
    2 tbsp black salt
    1/2 tbsp citric Acid( limbu na fool)
    1/8 cup Amchur powder
    For regular pani
    150 gm coriander ( Fresh)
    1/4 cup mint ( Fresh)
    1 small pice of ginger
    5 to 6 garlic cloves
    1/4 tsp citric acid
    4 to 5 green chilli ( spicy)
    1/2 cup imli pulp
    2 tsp black salt
    Salt as per test
    2tsp rostead jeera powder
    1 tbsp chaat masala
    1 tsp amchur powder
    1 liter water ( cold)
    1no onion ( topping)
    1 tbsp ch coriander( topping)
    Bundi ( topping)
    Lemon rings( topping)
    Lasun ka pani
    10 to 15 garlic cloves
    50 gm coriander
    100 gm green garlic
    Few mint leaves
    5 to 6 green chilli ( spicy)
    1 tsp citric acid
    2tsp black salt
    Salt as per test
    2tsp pani puri sp masala
    1 tsp chaat masala
    2 tsp roasted jeera powder
    1/2 cup imli ka pulp
    1 liter water ( cold)
    Ice
    Bundi( topping)
    2 tbsp green garlic ( topping)
    2 tbsp ch coriander ( topping)
    Lemon slice ( topping)
    For aloo ka masala
    3 to 4 potatoes ( boiled)
    1/2 cup desi chana ( boiled)
    1/2 tsp amchur powder
    Ready green pest
    2 tsp sp pani puri masala
    1/2 tsp black salt
    Salt as per test
    Ch coriander
    1 no ch onion
