The Constitution of Pakistan is actually constructed on the basis of the British law which was created not for the welfare but for the exploitation of its subjects. We need to create our constitution on the basis of Quran.
I'm genuinely curious to know what is a distinction between written and codified. How can a const. that is written, not be a codified one. And how can a constitution that is a codified one, not be a written constitution? Interesting to know your thoughts on it. In my opinion Britain has an uncodified and unwritten constitution.
