One thing Adeel said about, the representation of Hindus in our books. I totally agree to that. I've so many Hindus n Christians in my class and trust me I feel much embarrassment when such topics were taught in school. Then we say we're tolerate towards our minorities. Lol weren't 💔

You are correct, in India, we don't have Dual Citizenship.
Only thing for Indian born foreign citizens is, OIC cards, which allows holders to come to India without a visa and live indefinitely if they wish, only thing they can't Vote or Buy Agricultural land.

Wow what an Interview. As an Indian this is one of the first times that I’ve seen a Pakistani speak on the indigenous cultural impact of Hindus in the region.

To the contrary, most Pakistanis primarily associate with their religious identity and therefore this identity thing is a non issue for them.
Now I personally think that there is no such 'crisis' and I can go to details of my reasoning if you are still confused.

Some bitter truths /hard to swallow liquids:
1) Hindus are not obsessed with Muslims/Pakistanis. We dont get up everyday and say -"we have to be better than or compete with Muslims/Pakistanis and one up them today".Trust me, if a Hindu thought like that he would be mocked endlessly by other Hindus. You dont get better by scraping the bottom of the barrel. We are busy competing for jobs & business at a global level so we have to be that good, or miss out, simple. Our concerns with Muslims/Pakistanis are related to our security given the past and contemporary history.
2) Problem is Islam, there is no way of sugarcoating it. Islam is the extreme Machiavellian way of life not suited for individuals who want to live like humans and not rabid hatred filled animals. Even if the last Muslims were on an island they will butcher themselves because a Sunni barelvi cannot live witth Deobandis and vice-versa, unless they are butchering Hindus, Shias, and Ahemadiyas together. A recent example is how a dreaded gangster named Atique Ahmed in the Indian state of UP, who terrorised and killed Hindus at will for decades, was mourned and called a Ghazi by Muslims , after he and his gang was finally shot dead by Police, simply because he was a practising Muslim, who according to Quran is better than the best of 'Kafirs' because every crime will be forgiven except Shirq, and Islam declares Shirqers to be the worst of creatures. He stole from common Hindus, raped Hindu women, robbed and seized properties of Hindu businessmen, killed Hindu politicians who dared to fight elections against him and his brother, and donated to madrassas with the money he robbed. This is enough for Indian Muslims to celebrate him and start rioting against Hindus because they are relieved his reign of Terror is finally over. What kind of civilized humans would behave like Muslims do ?
3) Most Hindus are not practising Hindus anyway. They are so deracinated, they can be least bothered about religious affairs. Their concern is prosperity, education of their children, job security, and well being of their family. The last of which is majorly threatened by Muslims both inside India and on the borders. Hindus are simply tired of decades of Muslim identitarian politics of appeasement because Muslims are treated as a votebank who vote for a party/candidate en block, based on religious considerations. While Hindus never voted in a united way. Until 2014. And even in 2014, the Hindu vote was still largely fractured. Still the entire narrative of 'Hindutva extremism' propaganda was created, because Hindus for the first time even if a small percentage, voted together for the same cause. Muslims have been doing that since the idea of Pakistan was first created.
4) Muslims in India have the street veto, ie Veto of Violence. Case in point large scale rioting and violence against CAA, NRC, and farm/agriculture reforms. 99/100 Hindus wont even be bothered if Muslims exist or not, if their security& safety of their families, was not threatened by Muslims who run rampage and riot even for events happening outside India. For eg issues like Rohingyas, Palestine etc. The propaganda that they feed Pakistani audiences that Muslims are persecuted in India is hilarious. Reality is completely opposite. For every single case of Hindu on Muslim violence there would be several dozen cases of Muslim on Hindu violence. You merely have to scratch the surface to unearth the truth. India media ecosystems is to be blamed too, because they are Congress loyalists more or less and help keep the Muslims perpetually victimized so that they can vote en-block, therefore such cases seldom make it to national news. Search for provisions of Waqf Act, and RTE act, to know how much power Muslims hold over Hindus - all through laws enacted by Congress over decades. 5) There is a famous long enduring myth about how Muslims stayed back in India because they rejected the 'Do Quami Nazariya'/Two-nation-Theory. Reality cannot be further from the truth. Fact is, read or listen to Sharjeel Imam's speech during anti CAA riots. He openly and boldly accepted that Muslims who stayed back in India made the sacrifice for Islam, to see India finally made Dar ul Islam one day. He was merely quoting what Maulana Maudoodi wrote in his 'famous' speech/discourse 'Jihad-fi-sabiullah'. This is the truth of Muslims of the subcontinent, like it or not.

Even as an Indian from Himalyan region I feel more proud in being a Pahari than Indian, however I love my country in my heart . This is because I'm thankful to my country for letting me feel proud about my pahari culture first and love my own pahari language and follow my own pahari religion/Gods(which are different from Hindu Gods) . The Aryasamaj temple he is talking about was very important for my ancestors and our Khatree community in the Undivided India era. My paternal grandmother used to tell me about Quetta cantt and Quetta city. My paternal grandfather was an L.A.O there. My father was born there in 1946. It was a great place till the time the WW2 was going on as per the people of South Delhi who had to leave it to avoid becoming muslim by force.

This is fact that Maharaja Ranjit Singh asked his Prime Minister Faqir Aziz-ud-din's brother foreign minister Syed Nur-ud-din to prepare a Qaeda ( booklet) titled Noor and he distributed 5000 copies of Quaida so that people can learn Gurmukhi, Shahmukhi ,Urdu,Persian and Sanskrit.
When Britishers captured the Punjab ( Sikh Raj) ,the very first action they took,they confisticated all the Qaedas ( booklets) and offered Rs 2/- per Qaeda for depositing it with the administration whereas Rs 1/- per Gun was given to deposit guns. This is how Britishers alienated us from our roots. Our recorded civilization is 5000 years old, unrecorded goes up to may be 10000 years old.
Maharaja Ranjit Singh was a true hero of Punjab....a secular in it's true spirit. He treated all the religions in equal manner.....he was used to say -"perhaps this is the reason that Waheguru gave him ONE eye. Remember, he was blind from one eye.

ویسے تو یہ ابھی تک ایک راز ہے. مقامی لوگوں کا صحیح مذہب کیا تھا نامعلوم ہے. لیکن کچھ ماہرین کا خیال ہے کہ برصغیر کے مقامی لوگوں کا مذہب کی طرف زیادہ رجحان نہیں تھا بلکہ وہ سورج اور چاند کی پوجا کرتے تھے یا آگ کی پوجا کرتے تھے۔ وہ فلاحی ریاست بنا چکے تھے جہاں فیصلے اکثریت کی حمایت سے ہوتے تھے. وہ مختلف قبیلوں میں تھے اور ہر قبیلے کا ایک سردار ہوتا تھا. بعض آثار سے یہ تاثر ملتا ہے کہ عورتوں کو بھی سردار بنایا جاتا تھا. یعنی ایک طرح سے وہ سوشلسٹ تھے. مگر
آریاؤں نے نہ صرف ان لوگوں کا ظالمانہ طریقے سے قتل عام کیا بلکہ پوری تہذیب کو تباہ برباد کر دیا۔ جنگ میں زندہ بچ جانے والوں کو زبردستی ہندو بنایا گیا، خواتین کی عصمت دری کی گئی اور انہیں غلام بنایا گیا۔
اب تک کی دہائیوں کی تحقیق سے ایسے آثار قدیمہ دریافت نہیں ہوۓ، جس سے یہ کہا جاسکے کے ہندوتوا یہاں کے باسیوں کا اصل مذہب تھا لیکن اس کے خلاف ٹھوس شواہد موجود ہیں. اس بات سے دائیں بازو کے انتہا پسند ہندو رہنما اس تحقیق کو بار بار رکوانے یا بدلنے کی کوشش کرتے رہتے ہیں. حال ہی میں رکھی گڑھی سے ملنے والے انسانی ڈھانچے کے دی این اے ٹیسٹ نے ہندو انتہا پسندوں کو مذید مشتعل کردیا کیونکہ اس کا ڈی این اے موجودہ ہندوستانی ڈی این اے سے میچ نہیں ہوا.

I was in disbelief after hearing the most-matured conversation between Talha Ahad and Artist, Adeel Afzal - particularly, the clear, fearless, truthful and the indepth knowledge exhibited by Adeel Afzal. So far, I have heard countless people recently, on RUclips - mostly young who are fairly, highly educated and coming from within the Pakistan's existing (or non-existing) educational system. I also heard and hear many senior citizens who have been living abroad for a number of years now, who, too, have come out and speak with frankness and boldness.
Of all, Adeel Afzal sounded absolutely genuine. I was carried away by his closing remarks and the reply he gave in response to a question whether he wants to continue to live in Pakistan.
I hope, every Pakistani turn into an Adeel Afzal!

Maharaja Ranjit Singh did not convert the Badshahi mosque into a horse stable. With the permission of the Muslim priest (Mulla or Maulana or Imam) and the Muslims, Ranjit Singh was allowed to use the outside courtyard as stable whereas the rooms (study rooms) around the outer boundary of the mosque as accommodation for his troops. The actual mosque or the interior section of the mosque where Muslims gathered to pray was never offended. Therefore, Muslims weren’t offended.
The Pakistani narrative exaggerated this event, creating a distorted history. Their history relates to the reported inaccuracy of some Pakistani textbooks and the existence of historical revisionism in them. The content of Pakistan's official textbooks have often been criticized by several sources including many within Pakistan for sometimes promoting religious intolerance and Indophobia, leading to calls for curriculum reform. What they ignore is that:
1.Ranjit Singh constructed at least two other mosques in the city of Lahore.
2. Ranjit Singh handed over Sunehri Masjid, back to the Muslims, after it had been converted into a gurdwara prior to his rule.
3. Ranjit Singh built Mai Moran Masjid, named after his Muslim wife, where the mosque still continues to operate under the same name.
4. Ranjit Singh built impressive structure situated in a vast garden, with a mosque next to it, during the lifetime of Gul Begum, his second Muslim wife, who outlived Ranjit Singh and was buried here after her death. The mosque constructed here is also functional to this present day. There is a mausoleum of Gul Begum, within the Miani Sahib graveyard, a historical graveyard in the area of Mozang.
5.According to historical records, Ranjit Singh’s youngest wife, Maharani Jind Kaur, donated her imperial collection of handwritten copies of Quran to Data Darbar, which added to the stature of the shrine in the city.
While the other things you stated are right, Ranjit Singh did desecrate Badshahi Mosque and there is no record of having permission. It is common sense that no Muslim or Mullah would permit an animal desecrating in a mosque, hence such claims defy common sense.
Similarly, Nur Jehan's tomb marble was plundered under the Sikh rule for the Golden temple, he did spent night with Moran Sarkar in one of the minarets of Wazir Khan Mosque, etc etc. In essence, Ranjit Singh was shrewd who appropriated religious symbols you mentioned for political gains just like the Deen-e- lIlahi concept of Akbar. So let's not act like the ones which this video is trying to stop us to become. 😂
However, we Pakistanis still erected Ranjit Singh's statue in Lahore Fort.

These do not claim their origin from a foreign genealogy like Arabic, Persisan or Turkic. It is fashionable to proudly, but falsely without any basis, claim origin from Mohammad-Bin-Qasim who came to Sind from Arab in 712 and remained for about two years or half-Persian Ghazni or Khilji/Tughlak or the Uzbek Babur instead of the lowly "Indian" because one does not want to be associated with "Indians."

I was astonished to learn that they didn't know much about their history. They were taught to believe that there was no history or great empires before the spread of Islam in this region i. e. Undivided India. They were practically ignorant regarding Hadappa &Mohan Jo daro civilisation nor about Taxila University. I told them, see brothers you are the real owner of that heritage as it is now in your territory and be proud on it. We the Indian living 1000-1200 miles from these places still boast of our ancient heritage and progress but you living over it are denying this legacy. It was a shattering experience for me. My Pakistani brothers, we as a whole nation were torch bearers for other civilisations Accept it and be proud.

I have to disagree my friend, the real discussions are happening in India, the above discussion in Pakistan is only happening in elite circles, if you look at the distribution of viewers for the video, I'm confident 40 to 50% will be from India, the average Pakistani citizen is highly radicalized, the average Bangladeshi is highly Radicalized, you can't have opposing thoughts in Abrahamic culture, the Inquisition was an example of Radical Christianity, and the current "Sar Tan Se Juda" sentiments, compared to that Jai Sri Ram is tame, because it's an expression of Religious Identity not a war cry or threat.

They couldn't even extract taxes from vast majoirty of zamindars of malwa and bihar - each zamindar had his own army - it was not simply black and white a presented. Even aurangzeb didn't control whole of india- not even half despite most of his life spent in military campaigns
Mughals were not indigenous people migrated from Central Asia and plundered India at a great extent
nor were the most of the people they plundered, aryans and others came as invaders as well. The thing is mughals stayed here and became part of india, they didnt take away the plundered things somewhere else.

Before Alexander there were the Achaemenid Iranians who managed to conquer Gandhara during the rule of Darius the great, the Achaemenids were known for their tolerance of the conquered people's religion and culture, Darius also conquered Macedonia.
