- New data from Apartment List shows Oakland and San Francisco are some of the cities with the sharpest decline in December rent prices across the country.
According to the report- this is the fourth consecutive month of declines.

they are renting out backyard sheds in the Bay Area for 1,800 a month I am not kidding nether and a lot of people are renting out R.VS in their driveways for the same amount I have even seen people renting out vans in front of their house on the street and it is happening a lot more now. my niece rents a 3 bedroom house for 4,200 a month and everyone says that is a good deal. madness.@@Comeswoopfam

I have a rental in cow hollow and haven’t raised the rent since 2019. I’m happy with the tenants and the amount they have been paying. There are deals out there but a good relationship trumps all the BS.
People dont realize that good renters or a good land lord is more valuable than nickel and diming strangers every single year.
